Spacious room, good location 20 m walk from the cathedral, they offer with 5e a 24day parking card for the streets around the hotel.(value for money). Nice breakfast buffet ( extra cost)

I stayed here two different times. both times I noticed the bathroom had a slight odor that seemed to be a sewage smell.

It is close to the train station so I could easily walk. It has everything you need for a fair price.

The location is a little out of the centre but around a 10 - 15 minute walk.

Its not the hotel's fault - just that the parking area was a bit tricky to locate. Google-map navi worked anyhow.

Stayed one night in the 'Studio' room because we also wanted space and kitchen utensils. The room didnt dissapoint - it was very spacious and exactly what we needed. It was a top floor room and lift was working just fine. Internet worked no problem. The property is in a quaint, nice neighbourhood with supermarket (Alnatura) just round the block. To the town centre and to the beginning of the old town was 5 min (easy) walk. We asked for late arrival, parking spot booking and for room heating - all were met with prompt replies from the reception no problem. All in all, really no fuss and we would definitely be happy to stay again.

The bed comfortness could be a little better, it was not bad but could be really better and the cleanness of the bed sheets.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful, the location was really close to the center, and the price was very good. The room size was excellent and nice - confy decorated

The stay was excellent. However, the mattress was very soft. This is not good for people with back problems. I would suggest to consider adding a few beds with hard mattresses.

Our room was large, clean and well-appointed with a fridge, stove, microwave, pans and utensils. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and let us store our luggage at the hotel before check-in. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main shopping street leading to the old town centre of Heidelberg. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to the main old town squares and the start of the walk up to the castle or the funicular station. It is also a 10-15 minute walk from the start of the Philosophers' Way if you go from the end by the Theodor-Heuss-Brucke bridge (which I would recommend for a gentler climb up).

No Lift

The rooms were all different, however still nice for the 2 days we spent in Heidelberg. It was a little difficult with our luggage to get to the rooms as the lift only goes up to a certain floor and then you need to use the stairs to get to the rest of the building where our rooms were located.

Lovely hotel near the city centre. Quick taxi ride from the train station. About 2.4km walk through the city to the funicular to the castle.

The hot water took ages to kick in one morning in the shower but I think I was the first one to activate it from the boiler room?
