You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The flat was very clean, comfortable and very neat. The location is remote and therefore very quiet and peaceful. An ideal place to relax after a very busy day at Europa park. The staff is very friendly and provided us with clear instructions about how to enter the flat. Free car park is available on the street. We had a very pleasant night at this flat.

Great location, really close to the River Rhein. Large garage to store our bikes in, host was really welcoming Good quality communal kitchen area with coffee machine and fridge, microwave and toaster as well as all the pots and pans etc that you may need Lovely ice cream pop up shop in the town square just topped the visit!!!!

GermanyNo stove top in the kitchen. No washing machine - makes you wish for one if staying for more than a couple nights. No freezer in the kitchen fridge. Getting a small portable induction top (Kochfeld) and maybe full-size fridge would improve it for staying 3 or more days.
The bed seriously is the best one I've stayed in this summer. Very big and very comfy. Great access to Europa Park: the drive is just about 10 minutes. The host takes your comfort very seriously, when we asked about the bed, she mentioned she went through buying several mattresses to settle on the current one.
