Excellent breakfast. Modern and comfortable room. Friendly staff gave good recommendations for restaurants on the hotel's Ruhetag (closing day)

Not really the fault of the hotel, but we were in an annex building and our room was above a bakery. We were woken up early by delivery trucks and people chatting loudly having their coffee. Also, room in the annex building means you have to carry your luggage quite a while to the room.

Good position. Lovely staff. Food was excellent, and service timely. We stayed in the annex, I couldn’t see a lift, we went up a fire escape to get to the room on the first floor. No trouble for us, but check if you can’t do stairs.

Lovely hotel with accommodation in guest wing , staff were very friendly and accommodating, we arrived before 3pm and that was not an issue the room was ready and we checked in. Staff very friendly and professional. Overall a great hotel

I thought we’d be staying in the picture shown, but we were in a separate building behind this one. Although my mother needed an elevator and perhaps that is why. The room and area was decorated nautical, very cute

The main building is charming, historic. But the building for most rooms is new annex with no charm at all. No airco, so the room stayed hot at night as well (warm summer day).

Free parking right in front. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to most interesting places. Room good, shower good. Quiet room at backside.

It would have been helpful to have translations on the type of teas etc at breakfast as I am sorry to say I don't speak German. More parking spaces would also help but is obviously not easy in a busy town

The room was fine for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was amazing - a huge choice & friendly staff The location was great - near the waterfront and the cathedral was really worth visiting

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was very convenient for sight seeing, although a bit of a hike from the train depot. The room was very, very nice. Enormous, well equipped bathroom with super towels, tasteful decor, very clean and comfortable bed and chair. Although, because it was street side, a bit noisy with windows open. But it did not disturb my sleep. Well thought out closets, hooks, lights and power points The breakfast offering and dining facilities were excellent. And, I was thrilled that they had a very fine (and cold) beer on draft. All other places I found in the city center, and I looked carefully, had only bottled beer. If I had stayed another night, I would have tried the restaurant. Looked to be a good menu.
