The Wi-Fi was terrible. The bathroom had very poor lighting, the door to get in after 10pm was very difficult to open with key. We almost gave up

Parking is very limited and very hard to get in/out. Wifi was weak and not stable. Limited reception hours and hard afterhours English communication over the phone.

We came with a car we had trouble parking Since we are staying more than one day.. and because Augsburg it's hard to drive in. The parking provided at the hotel is very small Can fit one normal 4 door car and a Motor Or 3 smart cars We had to park the car in the street very far about 35 Minuten on foot

We really liked the location Walk steps to the city center, bus stop, Restaurants and Bars

I was on the first floor and the street was surprisingly noisy (cars and people).

Overall good value for the price. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. I arrived late in the evening and I was very relieved that the self checkin went smoothly.

As we are the strangers to the town, the receptionist guy didnt very helpfull to unswer our questions, he looked like he was in a hurry to leave.

Nothing to mention here as my stay was transferred to a different hotel, in a hassle-free way to me.

I was relocated to a different hotel, further away but with an upgraded stay. Early in the arrival day hotel staff contacted me saying that a problem had occurred and that they had to transfer my stay to the nearby Holiday Inn Express. While further away from the train station, it added breakfast to the original reservation. Everything was well taken care of, and no extra costs were charged. I just had to arrive to the new hotel and check in.

It had no A/C, private parking is extremely limited only 2 cars! But the receptionist advised us of safe parking only two streets away.

The property is old but in good repair, clean and reasonably comfortable, we can’t say anything concerning the food s we were only in Augsburg for one night and wished to see the town so ate out. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us useful information about the city.

The lift is tiny which is charming but might be a little inconvenient. The wifi in our room was also a little patchy.

A classic 'old town' hotel with staff that couldn't be more friendly. I feel that the people manning the reception are the owners (but didn't confirm) . They have a committed sense of customer service and we felt well looked after. The hotel is metres away from the principal street of old town, yet far enough to be quietly out of the way.

Bathroom needs a small renovation. And parking: If your car is longer than 4.5 meters and you don't have parking sensors and a camera, I don't advise you to try to park inside the hotel courtyard in a private parking lot. It's very narrow there :)

Check in process was a tad confusing as we arrived late and everything was shut up. Instructions were in German but we managed!

Great location right on the Main Street in Altstadt. Room was huge! Very comfortable. Staff were helpful and lovely.

This property is in a fabulous location to the old town, facilities are good with good size rooms, good breakfast, friendly and accommodating helpful staff and good value for money! I would recommend this hotel!
