Run down holiday camp feel. Dodgy bar. Some staff very nice, some just in the wrong job!

Convenient for the best parts of the town. Let me keep my bike in my room.

Loud pop music at breakfast. Getting it turned down wasn't easy.

    Mostly friendly staff, nice area.

    - longer reception hours would be good - bed not very comfortable

    - friendly, helpful staff - nice breakfast buffet - proximity to Solemar spa (free entry with voucher) - quiet location and greens around

There was an implication that this property was much closer to Triberg than it was. No one was at the front desk to greet us when we arrived. There was a party going on outside and we had to go find someone. When we got to our room, there were no instructions on how to set up wi-fi, so another trip to the party to get the front desk person. It was not explained that we needed separate codes for EACH device; 4 adults with 1 smartphones and 1 computers/tablets each, only 2 sets of codes. Water for a shower was almost non-existent in our room, and no one was present when we wanted to check out early the next morning, nor were instructions provided at check in. Definitely won't be staying here again, especially at almost 100 euro/night.

Really nothing, except it was a place to lay our weary heads after driving all day.
