Car park costs extra 20€, the street was fully occupied by cars on a Saturday evening.

It was a good value for the money. The staff was helpful and nice. Room was clean, the whole process of coming and going was simple and quick. I recommend this accomodation who can deal with the distance from the city center (20-30 mins by public transport).

Only disadvantage was the lack of air conditioning. Rooms on 3rd and 4th floor were hot.

Room were clean and quite spacious for the price. The hotel is 5min walking distance from Harras tube station, as well as 3mins from a bus stop, so location is quite convenient.

Accessing the car park was difficult, and maneuvering into a parking space proved equally challenging.

Everything was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

there was no AC and during the august period it gets pretty warm in Munich. Staff did provide a ventilator and free icecream to make up :-)

room was clean, water pressure was higher than at my place. shower was a bit painful at full presure, i had to limit it, which was actually nice. U-Bahn station was 5 min away walking. Bus station was 1 min away.

It's hard to stay in a hotel without air conditioning these days. It was extremely hot during our stay, and the room got very warm, even the fan provided wasn't enough.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is close to shops, cafes and a metro station.

Hotel offers ice cream, if feel hot, but not offers water :(, and we, after rain, need hair dryer, but it doesn't work, very want hot tea, but warm water or kettle (very good option, a water station that filters, cools, and heats water) can't find.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, they had a packet of sweets on every pillow and a bag of pretzels as a welcome gift which we thought was so kind.. They offered free ice cream if the room was not cool enough for us but we had no problem. It was close to public transport so we got around easily. We had no problems and would stay here again.

just one piece of advice- it would be nice if you provided a couple of slender pillows as I don't like pillows that are too thick. But everything else was great.

Room was tidy and clean, nice light coming through the windows even though there was scaffolding up. Beds were firm and comfortable. Shower worked well, good water pressure. Fridge, power sockets, internet, bed lamps all worked well. It was exceptional for the price. The staff lady Nicolatta, was so welcoming and went above and beyond in making sure everything was good, she was pleasant and kind and patient with us.

The room was far too warm: there is a fan inside, but it’s too powerful and noisy to keep it on at night. No real lobby or common place to sit if you want to talk to your colleague (in my case) or work on your laptop.

Location was convenient: close to S/U-Bahn, which will take you wherever you need in the city. A couple of supermarkets close by. Breakfast selection was quite nice, room had everything you needed for a stay. Comfy bed.

Shades at the windows offer no barriera to sunlight.

The 3rd bed a bit tiny.

The room was extremely clean and well maintained. The hotel is in a quiet area easily connected with the centre by S-Bahn. I'd come back:)

The fact that I booked a double bed as the pictures showed and there was 2 beds next to each other and was not comfortable for a couple to sleep

Nice hotel friendly staff quiet location local ongoing work on the underground made travel a little more inconvenient as it is out of service but trams buses and trains all still availible close by
