Glass door to the bathroom in the room. Completely impractical for business travelers sharing accommodation with co-workers.

Staff were friendly and efficient, location was central and close to excellent public transport connections.

I disliked the fact that the personnel whilst available 24/7, was making obnoxious noises throughout the night due to the thin walls. The breakfast variety was not pleasing and it could have more hot food such as bacon served. The hotel staff on then other at times in my judgement were too personal and asking questions to which one should not answer in a hotel- guest situation, such as adherence to football teams, etc.

The hotel whilst small, was near the train station and a couple of blocks away from the center and the river. The hotel had comfortable rooms along with good cleaning.

neighbors in the hallway were noisy at night, you could hear everything

i came to the concert and spent 2 nights in the hotel, it was convenient for me to get to the stadium and walk around the city, the room was comfortable

For one night it was ok, but i wouldn't spend multiple night here. The "bathroom" is also interesting to say the least.

Location a mixed bag. Its close to the train station, which is goob, but it's also a bit dodgy because of the vicinity of the railway station at late night. No problem for me, but i can see how somebody might not feel secure late at night.

it wasn’t in a nice area, we both felt quite unsafe in the room. lots of noise from the streets outside as the walls are quite thin and the main road is right outside

Upon arriving at my room, the door lock was falling out of the door frame and couldn’t close properly, making me feel very unsafe. When I raised this issue with management, they thankfully moved me to a new room. However, both rooms were not very clean.

The stair hallway looks creepy (but working fine, no worry.) Some rooms have hair dryer and some don't.

WIFI is strong. Bed is comfy. Staff is friendly. Walkable from Frankfurt Train station. Worth the money. Very good check-in and check-out time

Room has not been cleant carefully, but did report it and got free breakfast then. Accepted that as an excuse. Window was facing one of the main streets with big and loud traffic.

The hotel is right next to a noisy, main Street. The walls are thin. The internet didn't wasn't steady. The bathroom was dirty.

Room cleaning service could be better. Breakfast could be better; did not make want to have breakfast at the hotel.

Location is very convenient for using the public transportation. Room was small, as was the bed. Staff was friendly and willing to assist.

Close proximity to central frankfurt. the rooms were clean and refurbished. The person in the reception was very friendly. value for money for a short stay for solo travellers or couples.

The Wi-Fi is terrible. It’s the worst Wi-Fi connection I’ve experienced in my entire adult life. Reading through comments and seeing others comments on their Wi-Fi connection, I suppose the owner(s) are aware of this but just refused to do nothing about it. Don’t bother if you intend using the internet for work or something else. You’d be disappointed. Very terrible! The noise coming from the hall way made me so angry

As in probably every city, there are quite some strange people around the main station... The staff told me directly that they are there 24/7 and I should come if there is something wrong. Beside the bed itself and the towels, the room wasn't very clean. Dust, crumbs, whatever on the floor and also on some of the main surfaces where you want to put your stuff. Ear plugs needed, because the street is pretty loud.

The staff was friendly, the mattrass was comfy. The bed and the towels were luckily very clean! It was near the main station (practical) and relatively cheap.
