At incheck copy of passport / credit card but due to that the process was very fast. Ensure you have copy of passport with blank-out your social number than risk is even lower. The copy will go through the paper shredder when you leave the hotel. Nevertheless as banks nowadays want to have video of your ID including a live connection the risk of this copy is not that high.

Night check in was well organized, nut no reception person. Felt weird. Had to make the bed myself. Clean sheets were there. Not a big issue, but was extra work after a long drive.

Great place for visits to the Mercedes Benz and Porsche Museums. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and easy access to the centre.

We loved that the bathroom was brand new, the room had air conditioning, that our room had a minifridge, and that check-in was quick and easy. We stayed one night for a concert and the room was perfect for what we needed.

The beds were too firm. The parking had extra costs, for which I learned through an email AFTER I paid. The breakfast was fine and the employees served an extra hour, but there were signs such as "if you take a sandwich with you it will cost 3€" and they were 3 cameras at the buffet, which is overreacting and makes you feel like a thief without even doing anything.

it is a bit expensive with respect to its location. it is noisy when the metro passes by, and even the cars. the AC didn't function well.

The entrance of the parking and its street are very narrow. I could hardly go out of the parking without scratching my car. I had to manipulate a lot of times backwards forward to be able to go out.

Bussy area but almost no restaurants in the area. Shortening my stay by one day was not possible. No flexibility from their side. Next time hotel that allows flexibility and is not after my money like they were in Hotel Astro.

Generally, there is nothing to put under here. But areas for improvement or to take note of: Parking - hotel has no free parking lots, you have to drive around to find off street parking which is usually filled up. On your luck. Noise insulation - We could hear the next rooms people walking around, closing and opening the doors etc. Was noisy due to poor insulation materials used to construct the room wall. We could hear the church bells, annoying. Tram sound too. Nearby eateries - No shops were open during the weekend we put up. Very quiet side of Stuttgart. Macdonals was like 25mins walk away together with a supermarket. Tram stop was right infront of hotel.

Check In / Check out process - Very quick and easy. Hotel Breakfast - Simple spread (bread, cereal varieties, hot and cold food varietie, tried all and were, tasty. Plenty of Coffee and Tea flavours. Room - Booked a quadraple family room. Spacious to walk around, had a big balcony. Beds were big and comfy. Very clean, no bad smoke smells, fresh. Toilet/bathroom was huge, can sleep in there.

The hotel was not city center. Bathroom size. Parking was limited.

For personal preference the bed was on the hard side, i like a softer bed, but like said thats down to preference. The shower was also a little small for me being 178cm i hit the shower walls a few times

Its not the most modern, but on a budget and for a night it was more then sufficient, room was nice

Classic typical German hotel; excellent and friendly staff, good breakfast. Room with great air conditioning. Low pricing but good quality therefore excellent value for money.

parking- from one side it was good to enter and safe, but to leave in the morning was hard. the street was full of parked cars and my SUV was not able to turn out. I almost needed help.

I am pretty happy with 2 rooms on the ground floor that we ‘ve got. day light was coming in but that did not disturb my morning. Breakfast was good too, good choice (but no toast bread). very close to Mercedes museum.
