The pillows could have been a bit more comfortable and the rooms to the street are a bit noisy in the mornings.

Nothing to complain about, honestly.

Great location with beautiful scenery and easy biking/ hiking routes locally and into Fuessen. Very well thought out facilities at the hotel and very friendly staff. We loved the pool and sauna being open 24 hours a day and our family spent every evening (late!) using the pool and lovely facilities. We also really enjoyed having the underground parking lot, as we brought our bicycles and we're able to easily store them securely and under cover. We cooked in our apartment each night and it was great to have this facility. (We brought a slow cooker along which was useful). It was a lovely bonus to borrow some walking sticks to try on our hiking, too. We really enjoyed our week at Seespitz and would recommend it!

Fantastic location with plenty of parking. The apartment was large and the main bedroom was a good size, although the second bedroom was pretty small and just big enough for the 2 beds. Included a small kitchen and team and coffee making facilities

The view from the accommodation was wonderful and it made our holiday very special. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to reach to the tourist places with a car. We would like to come back again.

Floor in room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, nothing terrible.

The location was excellent and the view of the lake from our room was brilliant. Swam in the lake a few times and also used the pool. Ideal for visiting Neuschwanstein castle. Bread service for breakfast was ideal if you didn't want the full blown breakfast or do your own.

The only downside I can think of is the fact that the smaller room got quite hot in the super warm weather and we had to leave the front door open for quite a while for airflow and to cool it down a bit. But this is an issue with the current unpredictable weather and not the apartment.

The location is to die for! The view from our balcony was amazing and Weißer see is just a short walk from the apartment. The check in and check out was seamless. We travelled from Düsseldorf in our EV and there was a charging wall box available at the parking which was super convenient.

The size of the parking spaces in the garage. We couldn't use it as our neighbour had parked too far over and we couldn't get into our car.

A good sized apartment and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. The kids had a great time in the pool and in the games room. The lake is a very short walk away and the views are stunning. A bonus is having the restaurant and beer garden on site. I made a mistake and booked a room with a mountain view I wish I had tried to a lake view but that was my own fault. The terrace we had was great for relaxing in the evening.

The staff has been exceptionally friendly. We also loved the coffee machine for our early morning coffee at the lake. Just a wonderful stay...but I would recommend a lake facing balcony.

This isn’t about the property - it’s just to be aware if you arrive late on Saturday night the supermarkets in the area are closed on Sundays.

We loved the view, the light and the kindness of the staff and owners, who waited for us after a delay and late night arrival after a car accident. there was easy access to the lake, a lovely clean pool and other facilities, and it’s in a beautiful natural setting. We appreciated the kitchenette. we felt very welcome and people were nice all around. We were given a bus and train pass, which was great. There is a free Delonghi coffee machine downstairs and free apples.

the kitchen was a bit tricky to use, no oven only a microwave and the two hobs are old electric style so a bit difficult to use. But the kitchen was otherwise super clean and well equipped with crockery etc

There was no direction about how the rubbish is to be dealt with, so we just collected everything for the whole 5 days. Also maybe the leaking tap in the kitchen sink. Generally the house and apartment was very warm, but we just opened the windows when we got too warm, guess better too warm than too cold 👍

We loved the view from our room overlooking the lake and the family friendly facilities, our 2 older kids were attending kindergarten for one morning and loved it! The pool was fantastic, the breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and fitting for our family of 5 including a 2 year old in the cot, there was even a sleep sofa which could be used for another person. The bathroom was newish, the kitchen maybe a bit outdated, but the dishwasher made my day when I realised I didn't need to wash dishes after dinner 😊 Internet connection was great! And we also enjoyed the food of the Italian family run restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay!

We have been coming here for several years now and it is a family favourite. The view is breathtaking, the staff are so lovely and personable and the apartments have everything you need. Pool, Sauna and table tennis are a huge bonus, especially for the kids! The proximity to hiking and skiing is very good.
