We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the hotel for 4 nights. It was a spacious, comfortable apartment with a large outdoor terrace and also a small balcony. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. The apartment was spotless and tge kitchen had everything we needed. The hotel itself was well presented and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was good. There was a tram stop very close and an underground station less than 5 mins walk. There was 3 supermarkets close and some good restaurants in the immediate vacinity.

Cozy hotel, spacious rooms, clean, convenient location (main attractions within walking distance, 15 minutes walk to the main railway station, transport stops, restaurants and a supermarket around the corner). Dog friendly!

The hotel was super clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. It was a perfect stay.

I came for breakfast at 9:30 (30 mins before the end) and it was below my expectations. Not as good as the last time. Scrambled eggs were cold and even hardened.

Great location near the Central Railway station. Super quite place. The room was equipped with empty mini-bar, water, tea and 3in1 coffee. Clean and minimalistic, but it has all you may expect in such a place.

The cost on reflection was high, but we possibly caught the high season rate.

The 24-hour reception was a bonus, and the breakfast was great.

A very kind staff. Always ready to help and with good advices about the restaurants and coffee place in the zone. Very important: That is a place where you really can feel the "calm" concept, wonderful rest time, without noises from street or any disturbing. It's very recommended to stay alone or with family. The are to work in the room is wonderful, they have a useful deak to put laptops and other devices. Also the coffee options in the room every morning, it's invaluable! 😀 Awesome!

One of our room’s heater did not work but the reception provided us with an electric heater that did the job very well.

The floor we stayed on smelled of cigarettes. It wasn't a deal breaker and not cause for complaints or anything though. I guess it's a smoking friendly hotel 😀

The friendly staff and the set up of the room's. The baby crib and cot for our toddler. This made our stay and rest more comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was close to amazing restaurants ,landmarks, and museums. We were happy to stay there with our family and 3 kids under 4. As it was quiet and peaceful, small balconies for each room , the kids enjoyed standing and catching snowflakes ❄️

Pillows were quite uncomfortable. Listing suggested there would be a washing machine in the room but this was not the case.
