the price for parking is 19 euros/ night, which is ok, but the parking was somehow full, with cars parked all over the placem min all directions, so difficult to get out.

the apartment we booked is very big, with a smart configuration: 2 bedrooms and a living, totally separated; 2 bathrooms, one accesible also from ther living, with 3 TV, one in each space; a small cofe/tea area with everything that you need. the breakfast is very good, and the location is ok, at 7 min of walking to the center.

At breakfast: some of the items offered changed on a daily basis. So: fruit salad not always available, no vegetable juice on our last morning. No local cheese. International newspapers ("New York Times", "Le Monde", NZZ) would be nice. Strange construction of the hotel with the reception on the first floor and the room numbers not corresponding to the floor numbers.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Freshly prepared dishes at breakfast. Complimentary mineral water every day.

The first room we've got was with a very strong smell of cigarettes. The second one was good (in another part of the building, "non-smoking" - as the personal said). But I don't understand why the staff offers such rooms at all and what they would have done if there were no other free rooms. Apples in every room are nice idea, but one of ours was rotten. Pillows were uncomfortable.

The location is really perfect - just near train station and city center, but in a quite neiborhood. Breakfast is very good. Room is clean.

the street has heavy traffic, but soundproof is good, we could only hear signals of emergency vehicles (there's some hospital nearby)

A posh hotel mostly used by business travellers. Walking distance to the central railway station. We had a spacious room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a bathtub in one of them, a sitting area and kitchenette (with geyser coffee machine, a kettle and other appliances). There was a welcome cake for kids (as for Genuis travellers I guess). The lobby is fabulous. And breakfast buffet is very good.

The ground floor room had considerable street noise. Simply ask for an upper storeyd room.

High quality furnishings and amenities, right on par with a 4 star facility. At 100 EUR per night, this was a great value. Hotels of comparable quality are priced typically at least twice as much.

Much much higher priced than surrounding hotels so would expect better room amenities and for breakfast to be included in the room price. Room was very spacious but does not come with room safe, complimentary bottle of water, bedroom slippers, bathrobe. Poor design eg wall socket hidden under tv ledge so you have to bend down and look up to find them. Has basic toiletries. Has coffee machine with nespresso capsules though. But definitely does not make up for the price.

The Wi-Fi internet was not good although I don’t need it actually...the hotel does not have a special code if you want to use the Wi-Fi...that means, their network is not secured.

Hard to spot this hotel from the highway because it is right next to the road. You could easily drive by it. With parking, a little pricey for the overall value.

Old exterior with a modern interior with flair, bar and restaurant. Comfortable room and a little bit long distance walking to the Christmas Market, but we enjoyed the exercise.

For the third year in a row the breakfast area is hopelessly overloaded. We were not able to get breakfast this year, not even in the bar area.

We love the hotel as it has a very unique room for a family of 4 with two bedrooms that are separated yet you have a common living area. Also the surroundings of the hotel have seen a significant uptake in quality.

Difficult walk from the subway to the hotel. It's about a five minute walk but with roadworks, it is difficult find the way that doesn't involve having to walk quickly across the middle of busy roads. One you figure out the best route, the walk is ok though.

Location seems to be close to metro station and to central train station, but actually it was far from any attractions and you need to walk a lot to reach it, it is surrounded by the construction. The room is small and boring. The biggest problem is value for money, it would be okey for very moderate price but not for the current price. The same about breakfast - it was good but the price is not adequate.

Everything was very good. It is a very well designed hotel located to a very good area with wide roads and not overpopulated. You just need a 3min walking to reach the center and the central market of Stuttgart. The one side of the hotel has the city view with modern well designed buildings and the other has a fantastic view with trees that makes you feel you live in the countryside. Staff is very kind and helpful. Very good breakfast also. Very happy that i choose this hotel for my stay in Stuutgart.

Air conditioning was slow and took time so we left it on when we left the room for a little while and the cleaning staff removed the key card. There was no moisturiser even in a four star property. No coffee making machine that we now assume as standard in a four star. Not even a single free water bottle. The one in the room had a label of €5. Yes, you read that right. That’s what they would charge for a bottle of water! Not family friendly at all as the shower room is open without a door so the kid would try to sneak in. Please avoid this hotel....this is coming from a weekly frequent traveller.

Quite busy, with some noisy families and other guests. It gave the hotel the feel of an upmarket Travelodge, rather than a prestige hotel.

Nice location, within walking distance of central Stuttgart (15 minutes, although finding your way through the building works is fun) and underground parking is nice. Facilities in the hotel are good, and the staff are excellent, very professional and courteous. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Nice bar. Good value for what you get, as long as you don't start paying EUR20 per person for breakfast! (Although it has to be one of the best breakfasts we've seen in a European Hotel, as long as you want a huge feed up first thing in the morning. We don't.)

The hotel rooms are never 4* rooms....eventually and maybe only 3*. Although I choosed a large size double bed, my room get 2 single beds pushed together with 2 separate mattress. This is just ridiculous. But most of weird situation is that hotel is asking for 4,80€ for the water bottle in the room. Never seen something like this anywherr else in the world. Asking money for water in the room is against any policy of hospitality...and room is not cheap. Obviously, all minibar prices are overpriced! The room have also carpet on the floor which is outdated and probably not very clean and full of bacteria. The bathroom is small and also need renovation. I belive there are better hotels in Stuttgart. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lacked basic communication. Did not advise clients of the massive construction in the area. Dragging suitcase through construction areas and up stairs was difficult. A simple suggestion to take a cab would have helped . Did not advise of a massive demonstration a couple of blocks away which would have changed touring plans.

Restaurant was great and breakfast was everything advertised. Bar was pleasant and friendly.

The wardrobe was terribly designed. Everyone in the room hit their head on the wardrobe door.

Location was good. Gym had new equipment, but very few machines.

Breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel, well worth the money. All the staff are friendly and helpful. A great place to stay near the train station.

The breakfast, at 22 Euros was, in my view, expensive. While the hotel is very close to the main station, the area around this vast station is basically a building site with a warren of hard to navigate pedestrian walkways. The hotel should warn about this on its website and give detailed instructions on how to reach the hotel on foot/what exit from the station to take etc, especially for those arriving at night via the train from the airport. Very limited choice in mini-bar.

Comfortable rooms, nice bar and restaurant area. Helpful staff. Within easy walking distance of the main plaza.

Breakfast was OK, but costly. No breakfast alternatives close by (10-15 min walk).

Modern hotel in a old building. Close to central Stuttgart and the train station. Safe underground parking (Eur 18 per day). Lightning fast internet!
