Internet was out for four hours one day- emails (and in fact reception) are only monitored between 10 am and 2pm- asked for early check in (because of early flight arrival and didn’t have a place to store bags) and were declined via email- we showed up anyway and one person said no and another person said okay. Wrote the evening before via email asking for late check out and no response before we were required to check out. We were there 9 days and would have liked sheets and towels changed once as no washing machine in room- cleaning was an additional fee.

The apartment is very close to road and the noise from the road can be heard inside the apartment. The shower cabin stinks and the shampoo was a solid one that was not comfortable to use like a liquid shampoo.

The Neighbour is nice. Many good restaurants are nearby and the train station is a few minutes walk distance. The apartment is fully equipped.

Our room was small but cozy, good location with many coffee shops and places to eat around, shopping alley with almost all shops one might need, own parking...and more. All in all I would definitely stay there again

Check in is after 3pm, customer service closes at 2pm. Not a great set up, although there is an emergency number. The free toiletries were very small cube packets of soap, pretty much unusable. Had to buy a bar of soap for hand washing instead. There was no salt or pepper in the kitchen, which was annoying, who wants to buy a whole salt for the few times you need it, and who is travelling with salt packets? No air conditioning, but a fan was provided, so if it had been hotter, this would have been a problem. Location is extremely noisy with church bells ringing a lot, as well as the hubbub of the city, more noise isolation would have been welcome.

Location was great and there were plenty of towels provided. There was also a generous amount of coffee pods for the machine, very much appreciated.

Only one poor quality pillow per person. Some spare pillows would have been greatly appreciated. €25 per night for use of the sofa bed seemed excessive.

The accomodation is very clean and silent. Everything is how it is written in the discription. Public transport and a shopping mall are in walking distance. You find a lot of restaurants nearby. It was our second stay in this appartment and we would book it again.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. There were coffee making facilities, but no tea. The apartment was reasonably clean, but could have been cleaner. The room is a bit empty and has no character or coziness whatsoever (but I didn’t really mind).

The apartment is spacious. It’s located near public transport (multiple S and U-bahn lines). There are many shops in the area, yet it is quiet at night.

As we were travelling by car from abroad, it would have helped to know that the apartment is located in the low emmissiom area which in order to enter requires the green pass (sticker) for your car. We were lucky to arrive on Friday evening so we were able to drive and buy it the next day in one of the designated car services. To avoid some stress, pleaseprepare yourself in advance as you can order it a month before your trip to Berlin.

Location, the apartment is suitable for a family with a baby and has all the necessary amenities and coffee. :)

Despite a little inconvenince in the beginning (the machine that despenses the keys didnt work properly and gave us just the garage key, and the room key got stuck there), I liked the place and would have chosen it again. Especially if you are travelling with the family.

I liked the spacious rooms and the cleanliness. The location is good too. Our apartment was facing the yard, so it was super quiet, and at the same time there is a nice shopping area nearby. Also plenty of cafes. As we were staying with kids, I really needes at least a small kitchen, so this worked out good for me. In general I think it turned out to be a great option for such kind of trip.

Communication is not easy. First, the announcement has a 'pay at property' option, but they start charging in advance. My bank did not allow the payment, and the first booking was cancelled. I had to rebook. Second, an additional deposit was requested compared to the price at booking.com. Third, they wrote quite an offensive message. I was travelling with an adult child that I marked as two adult travellers in one booking and an adult with an adult child in the other. The hotel staff likely decided I was travelling with an adult and a child. They provided additional linen. But I got the following message "In your arrival information, everything is clearly stated from arrival and departure, and if you are more than one person, you must report this at least one day in advance. We have booked your child for this. Therefore we ask you to remain polite and not to insult us in your language". There were only two persons in the apartment (as booked), I did not ask for anything additional, and I did not insult them in any language when communicating with them. Therefore, I consider this message rude and unjustified. To be balanced, I had excellent communication with some of their personnel during the stay. I think they have different shifts, and you may be lucky or not.

It is a pleasant aparthotel in the calm part of Berlin. The apartment is spacious and well equipped for an extended stay. The beds are comfortable. There is a laundry room downstairs with both washing and drying machines. The vicinity is excellent, with a shopping street and many restaurants nearby. Also, there is a street fairy every Saturday near the building.

THere were several aspects of the apartment that were unsafe. THis includes the lack of a safety bar in the shower and the placement of the microwave above the kitchen cabinets where you have to stand on a chair to use it. You need a stepstool at the very least to make that safe and none was available. I didn't appreciate the extra mattress stuffed in the closet that kept falling out and was in the way the entire time I was there, preventing me from using the closet to hang up my clothes. THere was nowhere to sit comfortably and read a book because the sofa reclined too much to be comfortable - if these safety and comfort issues were improved the apartment would be perfect.

I liked the apartment itself which was bright and welcoming, lots of light and a pleasant street view. I liked the very comfortable bed and bed linens and useful table and lighting. I liked that there was a sofa although not a comfortable one, but better than no relaxed seating at all. I liked the heated bathroom floor. I liked the Nespresso machine and microwave availability and the fact there were plenty of coffee pods to make coffee every morning. Decent amount of pots and pans and utensils for cooking. Reasonably well equipped apartment. The staff was helpful with internet difficulties I had and responsive by phone when I had trouble finding my email with checkin information.

We took the apartment to stay away from the crowds. Had all the meals there. The size of the apartment was fine for two for one week. Even the tiny kitchenette would have been ok if it had been better organized. The microwave oven was placed on top of the cupboard where it was impossible for me (165cm tall) to use. The only storage place for cooking utensils (extremely limited amount, cutting knives dull and of no use) and possible food stuffs was there, too, if you do not count the "book shelf" where they had placed different glasses, toaster, two different coffee makers and a hot water boiler (which did not boil the water hot!). There was only one big garbage pail even if outside of the building there were containers for recycling. The sad thing is that there was ample space next to the kitchenette area to organize all this. We had the feeling that the keepers simply did not care. Free toiletries announced included hand wash and body wash; not digne of an establishment saying to have 4 stars. Only one pillow, no choice. Reading light on one side of the bed only. WiFi not good, had to use our own connections. Not very service minded: checking out we asked the person at the reception to call a taxi for us. "Calling a taxi for our clients is not included in our service plan." was his answer; finally he called the taxi for us, though.

Excellent location near Deutche Oper Berlin, could walk there in 5min. Non smoking establishment. The windows could be opened, fresh air especially during the night is important. Bed ok. Quiet and nice area. Twice a week local market acros the street. Rewe supermarket nearby.
