It was extremely hot in the room with no airconditioning and only a window facing a very busy pedestrian walk with lots of restaurants and noise.

    Friendly staff

Hard to find - you have to go from reception in restaurant all the way thru the restaurant to get to hotel. It was unbelievably loud until early hours of the morning so not easy to get a good night’s rest.

Big room with well functioning bathroom.

Was quite noisy at night. The main bars & restaurants are just outside & it was noisy until the early hours. However there may be better rooms not overlooking the street & I still liked the room & hotel.

Excellent Tapas restaurant at the hotel. Very busy, great atmosphere.

Staircase and elevator are quite tiny. The hotel is directly on a street with many bars and clubs and can be noisy at nights. The bed is also noisy even though comfortable.

Nice big rooms. Good location of you want to go out. Hotel is on top of a bar / cafe where you can also get breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located very central and a parking garage is only 1 minute walking distance from the hotel. Costs per night very good. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there any time again. Good breakfast!

The noise from the high street can be overwhelming if your room is facing that way. It can also be rather hot and stuffy in the summer, depending on the room (never had any problems in the winter). On a brighter note, reception staff did all they can to change my room when I complained so all that was resolved.

The hotel is within a walking distance from the Bahnhof. It is overlooking a high street which is convenient for shops, eateries and bars but can be very noisy at night if your room is facing that way. Staff are very helpful, polite, with good English. They also offer an all-day breakfast menu, which is nice if you want a later start. Rooms are bright, spacious and clean.

No air conditioning is not really a problem, one should just know ahead of time.

The staff are fantastic, the restaurant is top notch, and the location has a great night life.

As the hotel is right on the bar street, the noise is unbelievable. I had to wear ear plugs and even then it was difficult to sleep. This seems like a very odd place for a hotel (although understandable for a hostel). Sleep was hard to come by, be warned.

The room was quite large. The hotel was directly on the main shopping/entertainment street and very close to a metro station.

No phone in room (cause there is no reception!!!!!), no soap, dirty towel, wifi did not work in rooms at all, noisy neighbors, have to get through restaurant to get to rooms. It is called an "Art hotel". Well it is not a hotel but a restaurant and cafe that rents out the rooms above it. There nothing "arty" about it either

    Matras was good.

You get a ticket for the WiFi but it keeps throwing you out, and it's a tedious job to have to enter usernames and passwords over and over again.

Good location but try to get a room facing the backyard, could be noisy otherwise. Staff are very helpful and always smiling. Their restaurant is good and rather popular. You can have breakfast till 6 pm, choosing from quite a few options. Breakfast is paid for separately.

Three bed room was more a Family room. The group was split by separate rooms within. Ideal for Family with kids. Three guests only two bottles of water! Reception in the busy Restaurant, room not ready!

Food and drink right in the house. Rooms very Privat with separate entrance. Staff friendly. Big room.

Because the hotel is directly adjacent to a street with bars, it can be quite lively at night. It did not bother us, but if you are a light sleeper it might.

Host was very friendly, hotel is on top of a very nice pub/ restaurant. Location is perfect, close to parking and train station.

Hotel was dumpy, old, scratched up walls and furniture. It's not really a hotel, since there is no reception so I had trouble checking out when I left early on Saturday morning. Also, tremendous noise for most of the night from the street my room faced - a party and bar street. This was awful.

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant downstairs had very good food. Pretty close to the train station.

Only fault was no kettle in room for a cuppa before bed 😕

Location was excellent. Room was large which was great and really comfortable. Outside was lovely in evening to have a meal or drinks and had gas heaters to keep warm.

No reception desk (check in via the restaurant till) , no help taking luggage to 2nd floor (no lift), horrible staircase! Room very basic, cheap pieces of furniture. Bed not comfortable, no bedside table, mirror or suitable hangers in the tiny wardrobe. Glass door to bathroom with no curtains which means bright light coming into the bedroom at night.

Good location. Restaurant facility good. Very friendly staff.

The internet connection is very very slow. The windows of some rooms overlook a pedestrian street full of pubs; noise and music are very strong until two in the morning.
