How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Just to mention that we booked the daily spa access, we thought it was for the massages as in the booking says we need to arrange a time in reception. However, when I asked, the explanation was really poor by the receptionist as he told me it was only for sauna and swimming ( doesnt make sense if we need to arrange a time-slot). You will need to clarify this for next costumers!!
Hotel was spotless, room big with a king size bed, really confortable! I would recommend this hotel for friends and family travelling to Berlin for sure.

Bathroom without top of the wall is strange, due to the lack of privacy, and light, which disturbs sleeping person during the night. So be it, somehow it worked out for a few days, but I didn´t like it at all. Sockets besides the bed could be fine. Breakfast from 7am I see really late while you are on the business trip. We used limited. Offer could be wider for value. Restaurant operates only from 10-16, so no dinner. Part of staff could be more friendly and focused. I travel a lot and to be honest, I expected more for such a high price.
Appartment is simple, kitchen was without kettle, which we got upon request and fast. Thank you. There was fridge, base equipment, but no dish towel, cup only 1 for tea and 1 for coffe, so we split. Hotel is close to the Kurfürstendamm boulevard and Messe. Nice location. Nice equipment of Lobby and Restaurant. Underground parking for a fee. Wifi fast, good working.

I didn't like that the light for the bathroom goes on outside as well. Disturbs your partner if sleeping.

The layout of this hotel is very confusing as you have to walk through the spa facilities to reach your room. The hotel has a membership club for their fitness and pool area which means it will be very crowded at certain times.
Enjoyed a late night swim in the pool, the rooms were spacious and very clean.

Hotel seems to be a side business besides the spa. You have to go through spa zone to reach the hotel rooms. That’s not a big con. Personnel was nice but could be a bit nicer. Breakfast was good but choice could be broader.

Got a little lost there a couple times. Would have been nice to get a tour or a plan of the facilities.
Breakfast was ok, but I would have expected just a bit more. Staff was great throughout the whole hotel and facilities. Liked the complementary water in the rooms.

Internet at the working spot was horrible and crowded. Not suitable for working from there. I had to use my mobile internet to be able to attend my meetings. In addition to this, the small restaurant is open for limited time, service is not the best. No room service
