The hotel is quite far from the center. We had to walk quite some time to take the tram.

Nice room, clean. Had working heating and hot water. Bed was comfortable. All the basic amenities were there. The breakfast was very good and at a very good price.

I stayed in business single room. The noise cancellation - as if - should have been in place. On practice, there is no difference with any other 3* hotel. In the morning it is noisy. Noise is easily perceived.

The room was to hot…it could have used a fan. Also the TV was broke…it kept turning off by itself and then turning back on. Also I wish they would offer rooms with a refrigerator. My wife is on a special diet and needs to put her food in the refrigerator.

I really enjoyed the shower…lots of pressure and nice and hot. I also LOVED the breakfast. It was fit for a king, very delicious! The bed was comfortable.

The surroundings left me wondering about the safety of my car, even though (or especially because) a fence and locked gate surrounded the premises.

The breakfast was good and plenty of options but I felt that, maybe because I went for breakfast at the end of breakfast service, that the english breakfast options were a bit overcooked because of staying too long on the heaters. Next to that I really can't say anything bad except maybe that if you know a room is occupied (thanks to guest list) that you don't knock on the door for cleaning before that person has checked out or hang a card outside that the room can be cleaned.

Spacy, clean and comfortable room. The modernised bathroom was definitely not a lie. Everything you needed in your room was available. one of the better one person rooms I have already had. Although it was located in a busy area (market right next to it) there was no noise to be heard inside the hotel. Reception at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. For this price a very good choice.

But there was no refrigerator in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. Fully confirmed expectations. But there was no refrigerator. The breakfast is delicious with aromatic coffee. Coffee is brought directly to the table. There was also dessert, juices and delicious pastries. It is very convenient that there is a free large parking lot, for which there is always a place. In a big city like Düsseldorf, this is a big problem. For those who have a car, this is a great advantage.

Location is a bit out of the main town area but on the other hand right behind Lidl and if you just walk through the car park there are restaurants and other shops within easy reach.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good in a very nice breakfast room. My room was also very quiet and the bed was comfortable so I slept well every night.

As it was hot in Hannover, it would have been nice with clima control.

The room was extremely well equipped with all accessories we could think off. The receptionist was extreemely helpfull in finding a parking place close by.

No air conditioning! It was a disaster - I couldn't sleep! The weather was extremely hot (+35 Celsius) and my room was facing South. With no A/C in the room it was unbearable to be inside and fall asleep.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially when you are travelling by car. Enough parking slots. Tasty breakfast. The room was very clean with modern restroom.
