Very friendly staff, great location as it is only a small walk to the city center and also a nice walk thru the castle. Breakfast was good and complete. Great that you can park the car safe under the hotel in the garage.

Beautiful room with satisfying terrain to put your stuff. Nice view in a quiet suburb of Nurnberg.

- On the greeting flier there were like 10 languages but no romanian... (photo attached) - Although i had cash, i was asked to book a room on booking.com. No problem for me but keep in mind if you do not like using cards or do like using cash more - I entered the hotel to book a room at 11 AM, but I was asked to wait until the checkout time at 15:00 due to room cleaning. I waited until 15:00, and checked in. However, upon entering the room and inspecting the balcony, I noticed a few cigarette butts stuffed inside a beer bottle cap and few coffee spots (photo attached). So i had to wait 4 hours for them to not clean properly lol

- Best value for money. - The lady at the reception desk was very polite - Is perfect for one night or two - Internet is fast and without password and you do not have to go down and ask for it or something

The bathroom could be made more modern.

The room was big, the beds were very comfortabel and clean. The staff was friendly. Everything you needed was there. The location was not to busy but still in a short distance to the Altstadt. If you are a good walker you can walk to the station less than an hour.

There was no kettle and caffe in the room, there was problem with lighting of the corridor.

Hotel interior is far from new and will soon need some touch up Didn't notice any public spaces or restaurants around, but that might be due to low season

Location was easy to find and within walking distance from city center. Reception is 24 h available Taxi arrived within 3 minutes and trip to airport was fast and smooth

Room was too warm even with the radiator off. Had to have the window open most of the time. Strong meat smell on whole of the 4th floor corridor Shower was cold for a long time before it became hot (wasting a lot of water).

Lovely breakfast buffet! Comfortable bed. V. friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and quiet.

The hotel room was not too much equipped and the furniture was old, but the hotel room was very clean and the staff was nice. The parking lot on the -1 level was comfortable. Good value for money.

The pillows were not very confutable which gave me a bit of neck pain.

Very close to downtown with walking distance to the castle. The room was very spacious. There is a great organic store just next to the hotel where you can get great goods and have a nice breakfast. The staff was super friendly. Birgit went above and beyond and has a great sense of humour! She was very helpful and made us feel welcome from the first moment!

We had an unpleasent smell coming from the bathroom. During the check out, the blonde mid-age lady was rude to us, as she didn’t handed the needed coin so we can get out of the parking, as you will need a coin in order to be able to get out.

From a money perspective, everything that the hotel offers is fair. The rooms are very spacious, but everything is old. We didn’t had breakfast, so cannot comment anything about it. The parking was 8 EUR/ night. The car was safe, in the hotel’s underground parking. You can reach the city center in aprox 20 minutes and you also have a bio supermarket right next to the hotel in case you want a beer or a snack in room.
