It's clean, close to public transportation (S2 takes you strait to Marienplatz & Central Station in 15 min), and it was worm in the room (it was - 4 outside) Towels were changed daily, room was cleaned everyday. Room was big enough for the two of us Mini bar would be a good idea (extra profit also) , when you come back late in the evening, there is no store close by. Breakfast is ok, could be a little bit more choice but ok In this price range, wery good hotel

We took a room for 4 and it was quite a small room, actually only to sleep and to take a shower.

Hotel location is a little bit far from the city centre, but by train you can reach it in 20-25 minutes. The relatively low price compensates for this inconvenience. This is a typical BB hotel - clean, fresh towels every day, comfortable beds, climate-control, TV. We were quite satisfied with this place.

Price was high for its location, but probably due to the Octoberfest.

Clean comfortable room. Ten minutes walk to the train station, and about 25 minutes by train thereon to Munich center. Alternative transport are the frequent busses to a metro station which will take you to Munich center in less than 15 minutes.

The price of the breakfast was a bit expensive, therefore we never had breakfast here even though it seemed to be good. Unfortunately, the location was a bit too far away from the old town, but thankfully the S2 (train) is pretty close to the property and could take you to the old town as well as the Oktoberfest location.

The room was quite big for 2 and the bathroom was fine. There were no external noises which made the sleep pretty enjoyable and the beds were very comfortable.

For us, as a small family (2add. 2kids(10 months-4year) it was ok (bed comfortable, facilities ok (used over the years, but clean)). 7 points out of 10 is decent for small purse!

The rooms weren’t as clean and the breakfast wasn’t as good as in other B&B Hotels.

The location is really good and the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly. The warm water and water pressure in the shower is really good and there are free parking spots available.

We had minifridge with us and asked if we could store some food during the night in their fridge because room doesn't have a minifridge but apparently according to the German law it is not allowed so we could only use their freezer for the cold elements to put in the fridge.

Perfect location for a 1 night pitstop during our long roadtrip because you stay close to the highway. Room was very clean and the kids loved the bunk bed. Being environmentally conscious I appreciated that in the bathroom only certified bio soap/shower gel was provided - great also for kids. Checkout at 12pm is very generous if you arrive late and want no rush in the morning. For breakfast we didn't pay extra, just went to the nearest Lidl which is 500m from the hotel and got hot coffee there as well.

Safe, underground car parking. Good location. Very friendly male receptionist - always smiling Clean, spacious room - quite good quality hand, hair & body shampoo. excellent Italian restaurant nearby recommended by receptionist.

Location was uninspiring with few restaurants nearby (though there is a very good Indian restaurant around the corner)

Good value for the price. Free parking. Elevator so we didn't have to climb stairs. Easy to access from the highways.
