The structure is very clean and the rooms are very spacious and confourtable. The staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast was excelent with a wide choices.

Small detail, but there could have been some shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. But the bathroom was equipped with soap and a package with Q-tips, make-up removing pads, and the like. Superficially, they were wrapped in paper, but then again in plastic. Could be more sustainable.

For breakfast there were a lot of options and the palm garden was very relaxing. The wellness area offered two types of saunas (steam and finnish, with 3 aromas for diy-"Aufgüsse"). The bathrobes were really comfortable. And the staff really nicely greeted us and explained to us how everything works with the wellness area.

That we could not have prolonged our stay - there was an electronic music festival in the neighboorhood and all the rooms were booked :D

We loved the place! The gardens, the pool, the comfortable beds with selection of pillows. And the breakfast!!! We want to come back and for a longer time than just two nights.

No indoor pool, but that’s ok (we were just unlucky with unusually cold/wet august weather).

Spacious, clean rooms, very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good facilities. I used the gym, it’s small (one treadmill, one bike, one cross trainer, some weights) but was clean and enough. Huge grounds, which was great for my 5 year old run around and explore. Beds were very comfortable.

This hotel is fantastic. We will be staying here the next time we are in town. The property is very peaceful and beautiful... very, very relaxing. The rooms are much larger than a typical hotel room. It was spotless and the bathroom was very nice as well. Don't miss the breakfast as it is amazing. A great variety of hot dishes, cold dishes, fruits, cereal, yogurts, pastries and bread. We enjoyed the cappuccinos as well as the regular pot of coffee. They have plenty of highchairs for toddlers/babies. In afternoons/evenings, they have a bar where you can get alcoholic/nonalcoholic drinks. We expected the property to be nice but didn't realize how nice it would be. Definitely surpassed our expectations.

Too bad the staff tried to force paying cash for the additional meal, in order to gain a higher tip. Tho I understand, it wasnt nice. Hopefully next time they simply offer paying by card immediately and not state first that isnt possible.

Excellent breakfast, meal was good too. Nice accomodation setup and great rooms. Beds were great, bathroom had everything we needed (no bath) for a 1 night stay.

It wasn't enough clean the bathroom and there was a very little uncomfortable pillow in the bed.

The food was very tasty, beautifully presented and plentiful. The staff was nice too. It was perfect for 1 night.

The rooms could have a bit more amenities like a water kettle for tea the bathroom towel are very small ,a little bit bigger would be much better

The hotel is spread around in a very beautiful park. The rooms are nice and clean. We didn't try the restaurant but it has terrace with a fantastic view of the park The highlight in my opinion is the heated outdoor pool.

Toiletries in the bathroom could do with an upgrade, and double bed in double room better to be a double bed instead of two singles.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially lady on reception - I had to check out earlier and she was very helpful.

room and reception/restaurant not in the same building. we though the hotel was a small boutique place but it was not :).

the breakfast was very very good. better then from the hotel downtown. rooms and all areas are very new !
