The hotel is an older building and in some little aspects it shows it’s age. The staff are very helpful and a high level of cleanliness is maintained.

The location is very near the main road, which is both a plus and a minus, as it is a busy noisy road.

The hotel has a secure carpark and the room is generously proportioned: enough space for luggage and to do stretches after a long drive. Breakfast buffet is typically German, with lovely fresh bread rolls.

The single negative point was that the toilet in the bathroom in my room had not been flushed and the bowl under the water level was not 100% clean (limescale?), but this was, as I said, the single negative point. Everything else was excellent and I will stay there again.

Pretty much everything else. I really appreciated the location close to the train station, the warm welcome, the possibility of a late check-in (my train only arrived at 02:00), the lovely room, the excellent breakfast, the free Wi-Fi, the easy check-out and the friendliness of all the staff.

The pillow and mattress are so bad making my backache worse

Great location near the main bus and train station in Homburg. There is Hala restaurant and shisha house just beside it making your night good. Great breakfast options

Great location, you can easily walk to downtown to find shops and restaurants. Spacious and clean bedroom, decor a bit outdated though, easy and safe parking. Good breakfast.

Lady at the reception in the morning was not able to accept (bank)card payment. She said she didn't know how to work with the apparatus. Had to pay cash. Charging for e-car is not free. Had to pay 40€ extra, which is considerably expensive (slow Type 2 connection)

Rooms not great, broken shower screen and the cold was cold as radiators were turned off, the room should be ready for the guest. No communication on check in regards breakfast or wi fi, I had to go down to reception to find information. I wouldn't stay again

The ventilation of the room was not good, but I could open a window so it was not a big problem.

The room was fairly large, and it was a quiet room. The cleaning was very good. Free parking behind the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, not excellent, but definitely OK. The location is next to the railway station, and a short walk to the center of Homburg, my guess 200m. For a three star hotel this was a very positive stay.

Nothing really, no complaints

The hotel just as we expected from the description. It was clean and the room was larger than average (UK rooms tend be on small side). The parking was great and we enjoyed our breakfast, too, friendly staff as well!

On the front of the hotel and on their van it states restaurant but on arrival we found out that they don't open/use it, The location is right at the station where you can people watch to give you something to do. The highlight of the place was when a car driver going past beep the horn. Breakfast was good. I do not recommend this place and it's a shame as it could easily be a much better place than it is.
