Bathroom in the room is a bit dated - but very clean !

Views on the countryside are simply stunning from the rooms. Magnificent and large open garden and excellent outside dining. We were able to enjoy the first warm spring day :) . Breakfast is fabulous - dinner was great with a super-friendly waiter. Facilities of swimming pool and Sauna are super for relaxing after a long drive. Great that bath towels and bath robes are foreseen.

    a) shame the sauna was only open from 1600-2200 (rather than from 0700); b) bed was comfortable but pillows were inadequate c) disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price

Service in the restaurant, restaurant has Michelin reccomendation from 2016 but the food and especially the service is not equal to Michelin standards and of course pricing.

Pillows are so soft they just wrap around your face. Would be better if the restaurant was charged to the room as I ordered room service but then had to go downstairs to the restaurant to pay. Would have been good to have air conditioning.

Nice big rooms with decent amount of space. Pets welcome. The room service is nice and quick. Lady on the front desk is very smiley and welcoming. Great showers here, they are quite big and have drencher as well as hand held attachment and decent stream of water. Very warm in the winter. I've stayed a few times and will stay again.

Although would have been nice if the staff had told us on arrival that we didn't have to pay for outdoor pool if we showed our room key. Also room was very very hot. The weather was a heatwave and the room has no aircon but a fan was provided but it didn't really help much. Not much they could do without aircon but something to consider if there in high summer.

Facilities and staff superb. Loved the setting. Easy to find. Great to have use of local outdoor pool as well as hotel.

Rooms were too hot at night with no way to cool them down. No airco, even opening windows didn't help to cool down. Part of the wellness was not operational such as the Turkish steam. Water of swimming pool was too cold. Too much noise outside during the night.

    Friendly people, very good restaurant.

The rooms interior is a bit dated. The water of the swimming pool was on the cool side.

The included use of the wellness facilities include hammam, finnish sauna, infrared sauna, and a swimming pool. The restaurant is amazing - top quality. The garden and outside surrounding is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and offer great views over the surrounding countryside.

The bathroom in our room was outdated and small, especially the shower.

    - Wellnesscomplex is very good and quiet. We could you use it even in the morning. - We were offered towels and bathrobes free of charge when we arrived. - The restaurant has very good food and a great service. - The bed for our son was ready when we arrived and there was enough space for it in the room.

Despite the staffs (few) knew about the exhaust not working in the 3rd floor...still they allocated the room..! Having booked the triple bed room , had to show them again the booking confirmation to arrange additional bed for the kid..!

Staff was nice to change the room as the initially allocated room on the 3rd floor had issues with the exhaust in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice with lot of choice..!

Our only dislike was that we were not able to charge restaurant meals (except breakfast) and drinks to the room, all had to be paid for at the time. This is only personal preference, it all adds up to the same total anyway !

This hotel is superb. The location is nothing short of idyllic, on a hillside overlooking a wide vale with excellent views, and having an outside restaurant area from which one can walk out over the meadow and enjoy the scenery. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful, gave us a local area map showing all other restaurants, cafes and points of interest etc., and had printed out our e-mailed return flight boarding passes before I'd even come down from the room ! The room was very comfortable with four fully dual-opening windows and electronically selectable bug screens. The room had a fridge/mini bar, plenty of lighting and power points, and was matched with an excellent bathroom. This had his'n'hers basins, very good lighting and mirrors, but the crowning glory was a superb double shower with the wall side panel being a floor to ceiling photo of a forest stream. Breakfast was very good with a selection of juices, cold meats and cheeses, fresh coffee and a wide selection of teas, fresh fruit and a selection of freshly prepared yogurts, several different types of rolls and croissants, cereals, many different spreads and jams, including three types of jams which all tasted homemade - yellow plum, plum, strawberry and rhubarb (yummy !) - as well as bacon, scrambled eggs and warm soft boiled eggs. Downstairs is a bowling alley (probably skittles) and a fully equipped 'wellness' suite with a swimming pool, treatments areas and saunas. Our room looked out over the front of the hotel on to the road area (however this was not a problem) but there are rooms available at the back of the hotel which will have a superb view over the surrounding countryside.

I was accidentally charged twice for the room which the hotel later recognised. They unsuccessfully tried to refund my credit card and have now refused to refund the money by other means. Definitely not value for money! I recommend paying in cash.

Only place to eat is in the hotel. The food was fine but the prices quite high. Similarly no breakfast included and anything in the room mini bar was very expensive. Might explain why in peak season there was only us and another group staying.

Room with sofa bed and since hotel was almost empty we could have been given something a bit bigger with a balcony perhaps. Great bonus was the small swimming pool and sauna - kids got to splash around and we got to relax after a long day driving from Croatia.
