Comfortable stay in a charming hotel. I liked the eco-friendly cleaning initiative and close proximity to the Tollwood Christmas Market and especially the nearby shopping centre, 200m away. Staff were especially helpful when the Munich airport and public transportation shut down due to the snowfall - They extending my stay each day as the situation unfolded, without any hassles.

Radiator was stuck on, but didn't really bother us as it was very cold outside.

Stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel was very nice, and staff friendly, and a nice breakfast. Slightly out of the center but easy to walk and train to the action. Nice neighborhood.

It is difficult to find such a good hotel, calm, cozy and pleasant near the central part of Munich. Everything was of a very high standard, the cleanliness was brilliant and we are very happy with the service. The pillows and duvets were very comfortable and I slept extremely well in them. We can definitely recommend it as one of the top places that I visited in Munich.

I missed a proper double sized blanket/duvet. They gave me two single duvets.

I really liked the location, it was about 25 minutes walk. The room was big and the breakfast was excellent. I arrived early and was able to check in right away.

Being charged an extra 50 euros per night at check in, because we were more than one person.

Breakfast was excellent as was the outdoor sitting area. Couldn’t get closer to Oktoberfest grounds!

The pillow is a crime against humanity. This formless semi dense piece of pillow. Really painful

Located in a quiet area, at 5 minute walk from U-Bahn and 30 minutes walk from Central Station, next to the park where the Oktoberfest takes place, is good for those who want to explore Munchen. The room , equipped with coffee maker, minibar and tablet, was big, very clean and had a comfortable bed and firm pillows. Breakfast was good and very varied. The staff was friendly and ready to provide all the support the one I had. Thank you for the early breakfast which you arranged.

They should have put 2 towels because it was a double room.

It is a very good hotel outside of city centre of Munich. The room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower can be a bit better. Wi-Fi is very good. The breakfast is full of options. If you like walking such as I do, the Center is 45 minutes away on foot. They have secure parking. Above all staff is amazing.

there is no exhaust fan in washroom. The steam and odors couldn’t be removed. the washroom is too small. It’s still very hot in Sep, there’s no AC. We couldn’t sleep well at night, and we had to leave the room in early morning to avoid the hot feeling.

Balcony is very nice. Bed and pillow are also good. Staff is fairly helpful and passionate, always helped us with smiles. Location is not bad, 6-7 mins walk can arrive the subway. Quiet and safe.

i forgot my toothbrush in last city, unfortunately the hotel happened no backup on that day.

3 short tram stations to bahnhauf. in a quite corner of wonderful living community, with a lot meals choice. breakfast is quite good quality and room is comfortable.
