Quite old hotel, but everything is clean

Large selection of wine and beer available for purchase. The view of the mountains in the morning was incredible.

For those who come with bus need to be careful with bus schedule. Outside of my terrace is the street.. no Mountain View.

In general it is a quiet place to rest. Nothing fancy but everything I need. There is private terrace for the room, which is great (although my room is like at -1 floor. Around 30-40 Minutes to Füssen old town or the lake Fogensee.

Everything, I have to mention that the room was very clean and the owners very attentive to details and friendly. I attached some photos taken with my smartphone at 4AM and during daylight. In autumn the view is spectacular.

Conversation sound is quite audible among other rooms which becomes a disturbance. The towels provided were not of such a great quality. The kettle provided was not of good quality.

Waking up amid mountains. The location of the hotel is quiet, calm and very serene. Balcony view of mountains which is also visible from the bed itself. Breakfast service and staff were very cooperative and helpful.

Nothing to reproach to a two-star hotel. Except the lady who could have been nicer.

The hotel is a very good two-star hotel. We had a large room with a window on the street. No view on the country side or balcony unfortunately. The bathroom was tiny. We preferred using our soap and shampoo. The towels were cleaned but a bit old. Breakfast was excellent (8,5 euros!). The hotel is located 11km from the castles which is not too far. We could easily park in the street. It is a village. There are some very good restaurants in Schwangau, 6km from the hotel. The lady who owns the hotel was not very pleasant but her son was.

The experience was let down by the owners, who are unfriendly and grumpy, to the point that I felt unwelcome as a guest. After a grumpy welcome on arrival, the check-out experience was even worse. At 10:50am (check out is by 11am), I wished to check-out, but there was no-one at the front desk, as usual. I managed to find one of the owners downstairs, and told him I wished to check out (I still needed to pay), and he wordlessly pointed at this wife who was eating. I said the same thing to her, and I got a very dirty look, and a rude comment along the lines of wanting to finish her breakfast first. Why her husband couldn't have checked me out, or why she had to eat breakfast at exactly check-out time, I don't know!

The room was very big, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Lovely garden out back to relax in, and plenty free parking next to the hotel.

We loved it all!

Location was close to Neuschwanstein castle, yet at a rate that was much more manageable. Breakfast was amazing with a very friendly staff. The room was quiet and spotless with views of the mountains along with a snack room with a variety of cold beverages that was signed out via honor system.

Bed are super comfortable and rooms very, very clean. The area is very quiet and the hotel has a nuce terrace. Breakfast was okay. I liked the deco overall.. a lot of handmade things ( I loved the cats) and a lot of personal photos.

It's not easy getting rid of mosquitos, especially with so many bodies of water around! But it would be nice for future visitors to have some mosquito nets on the windows so the little buggers couldn't get inside. Unfortunately, we had to stay up a while and try to squash as many mosquitos as possible so we could have a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel was very cute and well taken care of. We felt really welcome there, almost like visiting someone rather than staying in a hotel. The room was simple but comfortable and clean. We also really loved the breakfast, it was delicious. What surprised us was the warm bread waiting for us at the buffet - we didn't expect it to be so fresh!

The hosts are excellent; the breakfast was great and superb value. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It’s very relaxing place. Well located for Fusson and attractions.

I liked the hotel and my stay. This is more about seeing improvement. As the time I was at the hotel it was very hot, a fan in the room would have helped. Also, the room's bathroom was cramped.

Great location for my needs, small, friendly hotel, lovely, healthy breakfast and lots of it. Views of the surrounding mountains are breath-taking - great for hikers, bikers, etc. In the evenings, if you can have a drink and sit outside, all done on an honesty basis. I like that trust.
