Reception and restaurant staff could be more friendly

Hotel's location was superb with easy access to public transport. There were numerous cafes, restaurants, and a shopping mall nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel's surroundings offered a vibrant and diverse experience, enhancing my stay. I thoroughly appreciated the panoramic view from my generously spacious room. Business center staff was responsive, flexible and cooperative to our requests

Only a few minor things: I thought breakfast was included. It was not. But that's not really their fault. I guess I confused the "booking" description. The dinner menu was not good. The vending machine was confusing - it did not give prices for specific items and just charged me 15€ for anything, partially refunding (to get to the correct item price) days later. This would be fine if it clearly explained this on the machine (maybe there was an explanation that I didn't see). The toilet being so far from the sink was a little weird. I want to wash my hands after using the toilet, without having to go for a walk through the room to get to the sink. So only minor things that don't really matter. Otherwise it was good.

The location was a little less than ideal with regards to nearby food options.

The room was large and clean. The towels and sheets were also clean and in good condition. The spa/sauna was very nice. The breakfast had plenty of options.

The hotel is just next to the Sbahn, and it is really convenient to go to the airport. The room is clean, staff r friend, a very modern hotel. They also have children play area, not big.

This is an amazing hotel and spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The Bar was surpassingly cheap for a hotel bar too. The rooms were again spotless and clean very spacious too. Only criticism is that they do jot provide milk in the tea and coffee in the room. However there is a fridge so you can use milk from the local supermarket. This hotel is in a prime location right adjacent to the Tiergarten S Bhan station which is also only two stops away from Berlin Central and Berlin Zoo. Could not fault it at all would recommend highly.

There weren’t enough sockets to plug in our electronic devices.

The room was spacious, had a refrigerator and an electric kettle. There was bath and a hört separately. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned well and everything was put where it was after the cleaning.

Really nice hotel with great staff. Great location beside Tiergarten, S-bahn line and a 10 mins walk to the Zoo and U-bahn lines. It's the perfect base for exploring Berlin from (we had 2 young kids and was great). If back in Berlin, no question I'll be staying here again

Nothing to complain about except booking.com didn't make it clear enough that kids breakfast is chargeable (full view of terms requires a click for more content which I never do).

Location by park, Sunday flea market, near Commercial centre of West Berlin and right next to Tiergarten s bahn station with trains every 3 to 5 mins into city and some direct to Airport. Fantastic breakfast. Nice lobby area. Clean and comfortable rooms .
