The only think I didn't like is that we found some hairs in the towels, that weren't ours, because at that point we hadn't even used them yet, which gave us an icky feeling. But that doesn't have to necessarily happen to you. I would just recommend to the staff that they look after that.

From the outside it may not seem as much, but once you get to the room is very nice. Our room was big (we were three people) and had a balcony that led to an open space, and you could see other buildings and a coworking/school in front. The complex/hotel is located near the Moabit, in the Mitte neighbourhood, which is mostly quiet. You'll have supermarkets, some restaurants and pharmacies (which they call "apotheke") nearby, so it's comfortable. The place is quiet and perfect for a nice, relaxing stay. They have a coffee shop in the low level of the building where you can have breakfast if you want.

We could'nt communicate well with the staff. But that's not a major issue, just a note because because if they interact with international guests, speaking some English would be helpful. Our apartment only got cleaned once during our 10-day stay. Ideally twice would've been really helpful because of dust and messes on the tiled floors. It was not cleaned under the bed or sofa, so it was very dusty there. Perhaps have a mop available for guests to clean messy floors? It would've have been useful to know when cleaning staff come to our apartment so that we are prepared.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Location is great and safe. The apartment has everything you need. We loved the coffee and coffee machine!

The service from host was poor. We asked for things in the kitchen which they promised to bring the next day and then never came. No service during stay.

The apartment was clean and tidy. Easy to access. Welcome gift.

Entrance of the building can be a little bit more lighted to give better feeling.

Location was close to Schwartzkopf U-Bahn station and it was really easy to reach all places by U6 subway line.

The floor was dirty, after 5 minutes of walking on it, the socks turned black. The toilet splashes all over the place once you flash out. It was unusually cold in the apartment even though we turned the heating to max.

The whole automated check in/out process is very good. The apartment was just enough for us with all the appliances needed. The location is good to move, not very far from U6 line.

Sadly, the TV didn't work and there was no Netflix.

Overall stay was perfect. The room was big with lots of lights. Location was perfect as well. You have U-Bahn just 2 minutes walk. The property is very well-maintained and clean.

The facilities weren’t the greatest, one of the windows was broken and we couldn’t close it for a while as the handle was completely destroyed. Also the shower was super poor as the water was practically not running but still managed to not go down and stay stuck in the cabin.

Bedroom was facing the street, and during the night we could often hear the ambulance cars (hospital nearby). Neighborhood was ok, but not very interesting.

More flexibility about the check in and out for the price paid. Maybe could be possible to make pay an extra fee for that service? I think would be nicer.

The location is very close to the main station and the center in 20 minutes. The apartment was very clean and nice organized but I found a little amount of coffee and teas available.

Nice size flat, relatively quiet, with easy access to city centre (tube or walking). The kitchen had great ammenities (dish washer, washing machine, etc.) Very clear interface online.
