We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFood menu for dinner could probably have a better selection for children - the party I was was with were planning to use the restaurant on Friday night however there wasn’t really a lot of choice for us plus we had 5 children between the ages of 6 and 13

United KingdomThe staff need training in the Leonardo Advantage Club membership, although maybe it was only one person who needs training as it was the same person who was difficult both evenings we were there. She insisted we could only take advantage of the membership if we paid in cash and also insisted we could not use it on the second evening, which is incorrect and meant we had to argue to use it on the second evening which is not pleasant.
This new hotel is right on the edge of the old town, perfect for exploring the centre. There is underground parking with a lift into the hotel and a trolley available if you have heavy bags. The interior decor is imaginative and well designed. The rooms have been well thought out, especially the shower room, with a large hand basin and a plug which works (often these days there is no plug!), large shower and we appreciated the underfloor heating. There is a coffee machine with capsules provided, unusual for many European hotels, and mineral water provided. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed, sofa and large desk with ample plug points. The staff are very keen, helpful and pleasant. There is an excellent breakfast and we enjoyed the two evening meals we had. We chose the mezze options. Very happy to recommend this excellent, new hotel.

United KingdomSmall item to maybe add a kettle for tea. I wish both elevators were running, there were some waiting times. The car parking situation is paying at a machine on Basement level 1 and then returning to the car on Basement level 2. It would be easier if parking could be paid directly to the hotel or the machine is on the same level as the parking.
Room was new, nicely appointed, and spacious. Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was substantial and a good variety. Location was out the outskirts of the old town so all the really cute buildings and architecture is a quick walk away. When the gym and sauna are open, it will be even better.

Regards Dear Mr. Biton and Mr. Roger, I'm writing to lodge a complaint about a distressing incident at the Leonardo Hotel Esslingen on February 17th, 2024. As President of the Vorarlberg Taekwondo Federation, I'm deeply concerned about the negligence shown by your staff regarding a significant safety issue with your elevators. On February 17th, our team checked in around 4:00 PM. Shortly after, four of us, including two young athletes, were trapped in an elevator that dropped twice and got stuck between floors. Despite alerting reception, we were shocked to learn that your staff was aware of the malfunction but failed to address it adequately, offering only drink coupons as consolation. Later that evening, three more young athletes were trapped in the same elevator, and the manager's response was negligent and unprofessional. She blamed us and physically restrained me during a confrontation, escalating the situation. Police were eventually called, but no immediate action was taken to rectify the elevator issue. Despite our immediate efforts to alert the staff, the response from your manager was shockingly negligent and unprofessional. Not only did she fail to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation, but she also attempted to shift blame onto us, the guests, for utilizing the faulty lift. Her refusal to take responsibility and her dismissive attitude towards our concerns only exacerbated an already tense situation. Her words, such as "It's your responsibility," "Nothing bad has happened," "What's the big deal," "Go to your rooms," and "Stand there," are unacceptable. Despite discussions with your staff, no written apology or action has been taken. We demand an official apology from management. Your urgent attention to this matter is crucial for your hotel's reputation and our team's safety.
Most of the staff were friendly and were concerned about our well-beings. Especially Mr. Fernando Gordijo, approached us later to offer any assistance. His willingness to understand our situation showed his professionalism and empathy. He took the initiative to obtain my email address and he offering a listening ear is much appreciated. He assured us that this matter would be brought forward to the management, and we would receive a reply pertaining to this matter.

RomaniaUnfortunately, the comfort was really bad, even though the hotel looks and is nice. The bed was awful. The matress was very hard and the pillows were too big and too hard, they felt like they were filled with air that couldn't come out. I had a really bad sleep because of this, and then you ask yourself, what is the purpose of a hotel, if not to sleep good?

Serbianot a fair rating. I've pick the hotel 'cause there is declarated with a spa. But actually it's not - spa is not working, second elevator is not working. that's definitely not a 4* hotel. price. 'cause it's not really 4*, it's overpriced. there was one-off hot water issue from one evening to afternoon next day every hotel room.
hotel space and location are good. room size is good. staff are help caring and friendly.
