My stay was fine. The breakfast was ok. Staff I dealt with were very friendly. Location across the road from Bonn-Bad Godesberg excellent for a trai traveller like me.

I always stay here when visiting relatives as it’s convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is included and there is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it.

Very helpful staff going out of their way in helping me out. Loved the opportunity to take breakfast away, making a very early start to the day more pleasant. Little things such as a reliable wake up call. Ideal for work, no doubt also an excellent base for a holiday (next to the station).

The only small issue was a bit of smell from the drains in the bathroom.

The rooms were quiet and very clean, the beds very comfortable, location was perfect (especially next to the tram station) and a few minutes walk to the Rhein and the breakfast was very good. We really as well want to call out the desk staff who were very good to us and the fact the we had a dog with us - they helped us to find a dog sitter etc. The staff was lovely.

Duvet cover was a little too warm during the night, would have been good if a thinner cover was available, with a blanket if needed. The larger room had blankets in the wardrobe, but my single room did not (though I didn't require it). An extra pillow might have been useful too. Doors were a little difficult to fully, properly close from the inside - twice I came back from the bathroom to find the room door was ajar and hadn't actually closed - give it a push until you hear the click. All doors also have chains on them you can use to give piece of mind. The lift is a bit cramped, 2 or 3 people max, fewer if you have suitcases - not a lot they can do about this however

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, on the last day the cleaner even found my phone charger and came down to the breakfast hall to find me and return it! The reception desk staff also had taxis on call and helped us get one quickly when we needed it. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of meats, cheeses and fish for making sandwiches. The fruit salad was also a nice plus. Coffee and juices on tap, and cereal as well. The large double room we had was probably the best in the hotel! With plenty of windows and light, and great views of the area outside and plenty of room. The single room was a bit cramped, but had the same facilities as the larger one. All rooms had AC, though at the time of year we visited it wasn't needed. Location was very good, short walking distance of a pedestrianised town centre with various places to shop and eat in the evening, and the hotel was right across the street from the Bad Godesberg underground and overground train stations. Taxi journey from Cologne airport is about 30mins

Booked a standard double for single use but the room was very cramped. Would definitely have been too small for two. Bathroom also very small but functional.

Very convenient location just opposite the station, close to a variety of shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Small gym which opens early (at 6) which I had to myself. Kettle in the room which is quite rare in Germany.

Breakfast choice could have bigger variaty, but is not bad.

I was lucky to meet very friendly staff. Was very hapy to the get the room with the balcony. And Sauna deserves additional good words. It exceeded my expectations - modern, clean, several different types of saunas, room to rest and a bucket you get two enter it with towels, flip-flops and bathrobe.

Underground car park was a bit dark with access and departure info a bit vague.

Great location. 1 minute walk to station and u-bahn. Better than average breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly.
