There was a bar or nighclub downstairs with a loud music playing the entire night that could be heard from inside the bedroom (on 3rd floor) which made sleeping very unpleasant.

It is close to the central station, so noise from people and trains is to be expected, but nothing big.

The hotel is a very good deal. Very close to the station, the breakfast is great and the staff very polite. There was a strange noise coming from outside during the night, we asked to change the room and the team was very efficient and understanding. The fitness studio, pool and spa areas are great.

A little bit dated in decor. Still only has German channels on the TV. I can speak German very well but in todays global world and indeed Bremen is an international trade city, you would expect more than what this hotel offers. Many hotels provide Netflix and Prime which enables customers to use their own logins. Stuck in the 1970s. Spa shuts early on Sundays.

Location was good..ideal for getting to the airport with the number 6 tram stop directly before the door.

Hotel is situated across the road from the Hauptbahnhof, close to tram stops and is a 10 minute walk from the Old Town. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff in the breakfast room and on reception were very pleasant and helpful. Overall a good place to stay. There are two Austrian style restaurants close to the hotel which were very popular. Food was good and the atmosphere pleasant.

Interior is a bit dated (not shabby, just hasn't been modernised in a while), beds were ok but I've had better for this price point.

Friendly staff, and very close to the train station. City center / Schnoor is a short walk away. Room was quiet, very broad range of spa facilities. Breakfast was very good.

The sleeping couch was not good. Could clearly feel holes where it folds. At the end we slept with 3 people in the double bed.

Issue setting up the WiFi and surprised to see the city tax is not included in the booking, and had to be paid at check-out. First time ever for the latter.

Good breakfast and a cosy room. The hotel has an old style interior for city hotels, but personally preferred compared to the minimalistic modern ones.

The tiny elevators would be cumbersome if you had a lot of luggage, but I guess it couldn't be helped. We were annoyed to find out the swimming pool wasn't always available for guests as there were aqua fitness classes being held during the times that we initially wanted to swim

We had the Comfort Room and it was much larger than anything of a comparable price I've had in Germany. Nice bathroom with a separate shower and bath. Very friendly staff - my kid forgot their (toy) ring at our breakfast table and a lady chased us to the elevator to give us the ring.

The day after our arrival, we put up the cleaning request sign, which was on the door between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. During this time, it was not possible to tidy up our room.Upon our return, I changed the trash and towels myself asking a cleaner. The smaller pool (hot tub )was not working :( Even though I spoke English, the lady at the reception kept answering in German, which was a bit confusing. Once my husband was stopped by one of the female employees when he came up to our room alone and in a rude way asked him where he was going and who he was. He had to go to the reception to verify that he was in the right place and not a thief. Tthey gave this explanation during the apology: they thought he was coming to steal. (My husband is from Senegal..... )
