Kitchen is used only for breakfast. During all other hours you have to order from outside if want to eat at the hotel.

Breakfast was decent. Rooms were just renovated. It was pretty clean. It was close to metro and 3 stops from the centre.

It was not value for money. We had a family room which needed to be renovated. The bathroom was old. The Shower was all rusty near the plug. The toilet was all black in side.

    Good location.

Room wasn't that warm and I think it needs some refreshment ot everything. Some staff were not really friendly - especially check-out.

Bathroom looked newer and Ok. Breakfast was good.

No fridge, broken kettle and no black tea, not very comfortable access to railway station if you walk on feet (high ladder is a problem with luggage)

Clean linen, quite nice beds, nice bathroom, warm room, close to railway station and a big mall with nice restaurants around

Everything to do with the room and the location

The location is across from a skateboard park and in a residential area. Nothing a tourist would want is near it. The beds were old, and in terrible shape. The sofa bed was the worst - my daughter hurt her knee trying to get into it because the "mattress" was so thin. The bathroom was good. Very disappointing experience.

Tea/coffee making facilities were poor, not replenished on a daily basis and had to ask for this to be done. Normally this gets done everyday at all hotels I have stopped in previously (and that's quite a few!). Was surprised that only flavoured teas were available - no ordinary breakfast tea. Other hotels in the area offer better value with similar facilities

Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful - overall a clean and pleasant hotel

The "suite" was advertised as modern and light. The former must have been a joke. The décor was from the 80s: yellow curtains, very shabby old sleeping sofa. The bathroom was disgusting and a total disaster: again, the 80s look, one cold water tap did not work at all, the other only produced lukewarm water, one light was flickering, the toilet was so old that it was stained. Worst: the shower had a 2cm wide ring of rust around the drain, the cheap plastic door was rickety. In a corner, next to the toilet, a chunk of the wall was missing. We only noticed the bad state of the bathroom in the morning. When I made a pleasant complaint at reception prior to paying and checking out, the manager was not on site. The promised call to my mobile phone number has still not occurred - 48 hours later. Thus, we paid 195 Euro for a shabby suite for 3 which is totally overpriced. Maybe the hotel caters more to the other guests who sat next to us in the breakfast room (breakfast was not great, either), who licked their knives clean.

Pleasant staff at reception. Location close to city centre.

The hotel was nice for best western standards. Small cot like beds but if you are going there just tp sleep its perfect. The bathroom was small but it does separate the sink and toilet. the facility was clean. The parking was crazy. There are about 8 parking spots in the front, otherwise you are parking on the street.

We were lucky to get a parking spot on the hotel property. Had we not, it would have been difficult to find street parking.

The desk clerk was amazingly helpful when we checked in. The hotel Sunday breakfast was very nice!

We sent emails to the hotel few weeks and days before via the booking.com contact but no reply from hotel. When we arrived the room we booked was taken. we got the double room on the ground floor that Felt like we were on the street. The "terrace" was nothing like a terrace - just the courtyard of the hotel and wasn't clean or private. The breakfast was missing food, maybe we came late but no one filled the buffet when plates were finished. This hotel is great for young people, low cost and close to center.

The room was spacious, the terrace of the hotel was nice and sunny in the morning
