The room did not have much lighting in the entrance/ desk area where I needed to work on my laptop. The lift took very long to arrive so I used the stairs every time.

Friendly staff, great food in the restaurant (Schnitzel) and a lovely breakfast. The rooms were spacious, parking outside is free, but underground it costs €10. Based in the industrial area, so very close to companies we needed to see.

I still can't wrap my head around the fact that you have these info panels that say, that, if I hang up my towels, you won't replace them, just to have them be replaced anyway. Also the steak that I had at the restaurant was chewy and more like medium instead of medium-rare as I ordered it. Not really worth the price tag in my opinion. The location is a bit hard to reach without a car, so I had to take a taxi.

The shower was adequate, but did not have sufficient pressure behind the water so the shower took longer than normal, but the temperature of the water was warm enough when the right setting could be found. Old shower technology, certainly not a power-shower. Staying there on business, it was a little frustrating with the quality of the WiFi signal and connecting and staying connected was sometimes difficult.

The room was small but comfortable with a small but functioning bath room. Being a smoker I had to go outside for a cigarette, but there was a place just outside the main door where an ashtray had been placed and was emptied often enough. Parking outside the hotel was OK, with enough space. Excellent food in the restaurant, although with a limited menu all dishes ordered where very well prepared and breakfast was good with an adequate selection.

Our room was very, very small. When one person was sitting in the chair, the other person had to crawl over the bed to get to the other side. Other rooms on that floor were much larger. This hotel is in an industrial area, far away from the airport. The taxi ride alone, without tip, was 75 euros. The room again was very small but had everything a traveler would need including a coffee maker.

The Hotel was nice and very clean. The restaurant was absolutely fabulous and the food exceptional. If you have time for breakfast, book it. The bed was comfortable.

We have stayed multiple times (overnight stay passing thru Germany) at this hotel and we were, as usual, very satisfied and we intend to stay again at this hotel when we travel thru Germany on our way to Denmark. The dinner at the restaurant was the best (excellent) we had on our whole trip Denmark - Spain, very excellent food, and friendly staff. The breakfast was very good too. The restaurant not only serves good food, but there is a cozy ambiance, and the staff is forthcoming and friendly.

During this stay, the weather turned very humid and unfortunately, there was no way to handle the humidity in the room. AC or a global ventilation might help. The previous room we stayed in at this hotel had a mini fridge, but this room did not appear to have one.

All in all the room is nice, stylish and clean. I liked the USB phone chargers integrated into the wall lamps next to the beds (just remember that to charge you need to press the main light switch but then you can turn off the bulb on the light itself). The staff are very friendly and helpful. There was a mini-safe in the room and ventilation in the bathroom. The black-out curtains worked nicely and kept the room dark in the evening and morning.

I was at this place for two nights the first night I registered myself around 6 PM then I went out and cane back to the hotel after 11 PM I got a code to enter and there was no problem at all. The second night I also came back to the hotel after 11 PM I got the code to enter to the building but my key card for my room was not activated and I really didn’t know what to do because there was any notification to guide you what to do. Since I don’t know German language I had to call to a friend of mine around midnight!! To call them then again I had to call to them to activate my key card using a machine in the reception!! This is not good at all there should be at least one person available during the night to sort out similar cases like what I had. This is the hotel responsibility not the guest’s duty!!!

The place was tidy, quiet and good for relaxation.

Checking in is only possible until 23:00. After that you have to notify the reception beforehand and rely on a security phone-number to get a code in order to enter the property. Unfortunately when we came, no one answered the phone and we couldn't enter! Only after waiting over 30 minutes did we manage to get in, by chance since another guest was leaving the property.

Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and big.

We didn't know it was located quite far from the city center. Because we arrived in Hamburg late, we took a taxi which was quite expensive. When we went to the city the day after, we found cheaper, public transportation. So, great hotel if you're traveling by car or if you find public transport.

This is a really nice hotel in a quiet area. It's clearly undergone a refurbishment which means the hotel has character but the rooms are clean and well-appointed and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, their chef was sick the night we visited but they had arranged for light meals to be provided. Alternatively, there were plenty of restaurants a short drive away. There is limited free parking or paid, secure parking underneath the hotel. We paid €10 to have our dog with us and we're surprised to find a large dog bed and bowls left outside our room when usually we receive no such service and just an increased bill. Definitely plan to stopover again.

The hotel is nice, I have no complaints, the rooms are very fine, the staff looks professional, it is situated quite away from Hamburg in a nice a quiet neighbourhood. If you plan on visiting Hamburg city center be advised it is not very close. You would have to ride a bus then hop in the U-bahn for a couple of dozen stations.

rooms were not cleaned properly. underneath the bed there was a lot of dirt/ dust shower smelled funny toilet seat didnt stay up smoke smell in the reception and hallway noisy with running children late at night, so bad isolation, had to go to reception to complain and make it stop so I could sleep sauna and fitness room were under construction not enough parking space in front of the hotel

The milk for early morning tea/coffee was not always replenished. The extractor in the bathroom did not function which made the use of the facilities more difficult (steamy).

The staff were very helpfull and extreemly friendly. The breakfast is good value for mony with a wide variaty on offer for a moderate price.

A bit noise from the hall ways and other rooms. Bar could have had longer opening hours and even though the buffet was OK, I like a la carte better.
