Restaurtant was shut on Saturday evening .. nothing nearby .. not even a long walk .. So a long Uber ride .. to nearest restaurnat 3 miles distant Really? If you're going to build a hotel next to an autobahn .. in a residential area .. with no restaurants / cafes nearby .. and guests don't have a car .. how are they going to eat if you shut the wretched restaurant on the busiest night of the week .. Unbelievable !!

Window blinds let a little too much sun through for my liking, but it wasn't that bad in comparison to other places I stayed. Hotel is relatively close to flight path, so some plane noise when window open but that is pretty obvious when you look at the map. Great for plane spotting though.

I had a great stay with the room, facilities, cleanliness all being excellent. The staff was very friendly and competent. Good price. Breakfast was very good too for the price. Sometimes it was a little full, but I always managed to get a free parking spot outside. I highly recommend this as a hotel in the area or close to the airport and would definitely stay there again.

the underground car park wasnt free, but chargeable, so you had to park on the street to get free parking, however this was easy. Someone nearby had a dog in their room and obviously left it in the room when they went for early breakfast as I was woken up by the dog barking at 0630, it kept going for 15-20 minutes

room was good and the good quality windows meant there was no noise from the main road outside (open the windows and it was noisy) comfy bed, good breakfast, everything worked

Very nice kitchen, but no cooking appliances at all, so meaningless investment into infrastructure (like having a nice car without wheels). Indication of the direction to take in order to get to the reception would be helpful.

The hotel is advertised as Airport Hotel. The airport is a 20 minute drive away... or a 25-30 public transportation ride. The closest stop is a bus stop that is a 6-7 minute walk away- then you change to the S train. All doable, but it takes time . According to the front staff, the bus doesn't operate when it is dark? The interval between buses is 20 minutes... so if you miss it...you've lost 20 minutes... The taxi is 20 minutes and 30 euro. If you book this hotel because of location to airport, do not be mislead. This is not an airport hotel. you are better off staying in Berlin, close to a train- especially one of the express trains that get you to the airport easily in 20 - 30 minutes - depending on your origin. Or, just pay a little more and stay at the hotel that is on the airport grounds.

The taxi fee was 35 Euros from the airport to the hotel each way. Not really an airport hotel, no shuttle service.

The pillows, too soft and too big. The location was quite far from the city central (we knew it when booking), but if you have a car and have energy driving then it should not be biggie for you

We didn't find any.

The interieur of the hotel is more classic (or old-fashioned for some) but we didn't mind. Everything was very clean and our room had a nice size. Although we were close to highway and airport the rooms were quiet. Beds were comfy. I liked that there were different pillows to choose from, a very nice extra. There is airconditioning in the rooms and that was one of the reasons to choose this hotel (we travelled during a heat wave). Parking is possible in the garage under the hotel (car height max 1,95 m and for a fee) or in the streets close to the hotel. We arrived in the evening and had a nice meal in the restaurant on the ground floor. Buffet breakfast was served there in the morning - nice choice of food, coffee or hot chocolate served at the table (breakfast was for extra cost, I think around 13 euro/person but totally worth it). We travelled with a dog. At the hotel entrance they even have a dog bar with water and kibble :) Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but in the evening we sat on a terrace outside and in the morning we ate "in shifts" so for us it wasn't really a problem. We could walk our dog in the streets close to the hotel.

It was hard to find the entrance. There is a shopping center nearby, but you need to walk about 15 minutes. Overall the location isn't great, but it's close to the airport.

It was a nice clean room, there was a water kettle, bed was large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The noise from the motorway wasn't that bad, I didn't even need earplugs. The hotel is very close to the airport.
