We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaWould have been nice to know there were refurbishing part of the hotel, but on a Saturday there morning there was minimal disturbance.
Hotel located on a quiet street. Good breakfast included in the room rate. Excellent hosts, we announced our late arrival - 21:30 - and we were surprised to learn reception staff made a reservation at a cosy pizzeria nearby. All in all a good experience.

United Kingdomthe room felt a bit of a mix of new bits on top of old. the room Temperatur regulator was mounted on the radiator, and the air con display was showing a heat function which was not working. a bit confusing.
it was easy to find, and plenty of parking spaces. it’s not. a big hotel complex. the breakfast and restaurant is pretty good. the people working there are very friendly and helpful. the internet speed is fantastic. it’s very clean.
