Location, and very quiet in a central town location. Close to everything we needed. Made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble even though we don’t speak the language.

My only recommendation would be to keep a water heating kettle and perhaps a few cups. It just helps to have a morning coffee.

The rooms are simple but spacious! The location is the best that can be in a town like Rheinfelden - right at the heart of the main commercial center. Everything is accessible within 5 minutes of walking distance.

Shame room furniture was very dark brown. Lighter coloured furniture would make it so much more appealing. One or two chips in the veneer of the table and wardrobe. Although the photo shown had a line green throw, ours was brownish. Only one pillow on the bed and one cushion. Perhaps two pillows would be nicer.

The room decoration could be improved to make it feel warmer and more welcoming, perhaps by adding some artwork. A kettle in the room would be a great addition, allowing guests to make tea or coffee outside of breakfast hours—especially during the colder months. The after-hours check-in process could also be enhanced with more detailed instructions provided in advance of arrival.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff is very friendly. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a large balcony. Perfect for a short stay!

The minibar refrigerator and air filters of bathroom made some noise, which was slightly disruptive during the night.

The hotel was lovely, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the essentials. While the view was decent, the area itself was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The receptionist was extremely polite and accommodating. When we asked to store our luggage for a few hours, she happily arranged it for us, making our stay even more convenient.

The smoke from the chatting staff drifted in the morning into our room adjacent to where they sat outside during their morning break. That was the only disturbing thing and a bit annoying: otherwise no complaints.

The mattress on the bed was a bit too hard but I put the duvet under the top sheet and that was much better.

The staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly . We arrived very late after staff had left and the keyless entry system was brilliant. They also made sure we had a kettle in the room and 2 extra pillows. Nothing was too much trouble. We liked having the balcony so we could sit out and enjoy a drink.

Such a surprisingly good hotel at rather unusual location - very spacious, quiet, clean and well appointed room and bathroom, with large terrace above the roofs! Excellent breakfast, solid WiFi, and most hospitable personnel. I was quite surprised to see so many guests at breakfast - it was so peaceful during the night that I have imagined the hotel being empty.

A little gem. Small hotel, very well located, but also quiet. We had a large room with a balcony, very big and clean bathroom. We booked the breakfast for the first day only, but it was so fabulous that we asked for another one. I particularly liked the idea that everything can be done through the website or app - no need to hassle with the check in, keys etc.

for me a huge minus was a smell in our room because of smoking neigbours. Our room is not smokers room, but it is allowed to smoke on a balcony. We have opened a window in order to have some fresh air. And this was a huge miszake.So all evening long and in the morning we have got no fresh air at all. Besides there is.neither coffee nor tea in hotel. One must go out to get it

We had a nice big room with a balcony. Bathroom was big and modern. Bed was comfortable. Mini bar had drinks. Hotel is located in a center.next to.shops and train station. And it was very calm and quite at night.
