The bad was uncomfortable. The mattress was soft. The pillows were also too small and soft. The blanket was a little bit short for someone with 190cm height. Unfortunately, everything was great except for sleeping.. we had neck and back pain and did not sleep well for 3 nights.

Parking place not easy to find. Room temperature was too warm, A/C was not going to change anything, due we followed every step of the instructions, had to open the window all night.

Easy check-in, check-out, the ususal breakfast buffet, with good coffee.

The room was very warm and couldn’t control the A/C so we had to open the window the whole time. No fridge or kettle in the room and no shampoo in the bathroom, despite having a hairdryer. Other than that everything was good as expected.

Very clean and new hotel. The staff were very friendly and the morning receptionist speaks English which is excellent. She managed to get the room ready earlier than the check-in time which was very nice of her as we were coming from Dortmund on a 6-hour drive. The U-bahn was a 2-min walk and there are a variety of food places working on Sundays on the street and Rewe was around the corner.

They didn’t have tea, before I go to bed, I need to drink tea but they didn’t offer any.

At the start was bit cold, at the end too hot. Maybe I couldn't really regulate the termostat. No fridge. The pillow was a bit small.

The room was comfortable, spaceful, everyday cleaning and change of towels. U-Bahn was 50 m on foot. Optional - by refusing of cleaning you could receive free drink per day.

• Oktoberfest brings its lot of idiots, people in the room over ours were LOUDY, dancing, music at 200% and the staff did nothing about it until the guys came down by themselve so they've been told to do less noises. • Even with windows closed you can hear a lot of what's happening outside (cars, people speaking), especially if you're at the 1st floor because it gives directly to the street

• Most of the staff is able to perfectly speak in english, so that's a +! • We can let our luggages if we arrive before we can enter the room and after leaving the room, that's very nice to keep enjoying the city until the last time. • The staff is very kind and found quickly a solution to our room problem (booked a double bed, was a 2 single beds). • Room was clean, size was pretty good, just missed a mini-fridge. Bed was confortable and nice. Room was cleaned everyday even if you missed the knock of the cleaning lady. • You have 2 trains stations nearby (max 5 min walk, U15 Kirchtalstrass or S4/5 Zuffenhausen), you're in the city center within 20 min. • Grocery (Rewe) at 2/3 minutes and some restaurants if you want a snack.
