The dinner at the hotel restaurant is not worth the price. Highly recommend going elsewhere. There is a hotel restaurant down the street which is actually fantastic (ask at the desk!)

I had a nice room with a couch, fridge and water kettle for a few euros more than a standard single. The receptionists were very accommodating and helpful with some car and parking issues that came up and solved it quickly so it never became a problem. One of the breakfast wait-staff was extremely considerate. Once she understood my dietary restriction she accommodated it, and the next day brought me the same thing without me even asking. And she told a colleague of hers so I would receive the food I could eat. I felt very cared for and am very appreciative to this woman. The location is also great, right next to the lake, the train station, a grocery store and restaurants. There is a great restaurant a block away.

The room was well appointed - the shower stool is a bonus, but there is a lack of power points. There is a comfortable bar, but its opening hours are restricted. The restaurant food is good, so why spoil the offering with mediocre national beer brands instead of using local products?

Dinner at the restaurant was excellent but the service was a little slow. If you need gluten-free bread for breakfast, double-check at check-in that they have made note of your needs or else, they will not have it ready for you (I found out the hard way the first morning although I had mentioned it when I booked the room). They were very apologetic and super nice about it the second morning.

Very good location with the train station a few hundred metres away and just on the other side of the street from the lake. Very large room and bathroom with a bathtub.

Parking must be reserved well in advance due to limited number. However there are ample garages around.

The hotel is conveniently located close to main train station and promenade. The room we stayed in was facing a main street, however due to speed limit on the roads there was no too much traffic noise. A bit noise came from a bar loading bottles but not bothering us...and you could always close the window. The room was very luxury and had excellent bed.

Smell of cigarette smoke in our room. It wasn't enough for us to ask to be moved and we did receive an apology from the rception staff.

Excellent location. Plenty of bars and restaurants witin walking distance. Right on the lakeside, lovely to walk around and explore. We would like to return for a longer stay.

The furniture in the room was ill-chosen. Though there was plenty of room, the bedside tables were ridiculously small. The wardrobe had a rail for the 30 dresses you did not bring but no convenient shelves. To watch TV from the large sofa one had to turn one’s head 90 degrees. The “music” at breakfast was too loud and no one wanted it.

Standard rooms are small. Parking situation is problematic. If you reserve a spot, make sure there is one. Breakfast was bad. The food was standard good but not enough. Staff at the breakfast restaurant is not enough and not friendly. The restaurant is too small for the number of guests and the kitchen doesn't keep up with the needs. All together, breakfast is an unpleasant experience.

Comfort rooms are big and comfortable. Staff was mostly helpful. Good location.
