Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyWLAN needs improvement. Connection is only possible by entering IP addresses manually, but once connected with user input settings it works fine. I had this problem with 3 different devices, so it must be a problem the router's IP settings.

United KingdomOur accommodation was walk away from the castle and the apartment was not adequately furnished for 3 people (we were only 2 fortunately) with minimal hanging space and no cupboards or wardrobe in the main room We would have appreciated a tea/coffee facility instead of an apple which was left for each occupant even though it was a nice touch
Once we found the property which wasn’t well signposted the castle itself was very attractive and interesting

United StatesThey were in the process of having internet re-installed in the tower in which we were staying, but once that's done (it probably already is) it will be good.
The staff friendly and helpful with regard of things to do in the area. Good selection at breakfast and cook to order eggs which I loved. Loved being in a castle again for my birthday celebration! I was also here for my 60th.

The breakfast was incredible. I loved that it was seated rather than a buffet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were kind and accommodating with our young children.
