    Analogue-quality TV reception in room

Excellent breakfast, powerful shower, Greek restaurant good. Manager very kindly partially refunded our booking after a slight mix-up.

The hotel has lots of kitsch decoration which does not correspond to my taste for clear design as in most business hotels. It is more suitable for old fashioned tourist travellers who travel in large groups. The lamps in the part have a quite strong light so make sure you close the curtain before you go for sleep.

Nice place and very quiet outside the center of the little town. Room and bed alright, nothing extraordinatory but good standard. Elevator to the room available, reception open for long despite the countryside location.

There was no coffee/tea in the room. They charge you extra €2.50 at breakfast if you wanted a latte, espresso or cappuccino which seemed odd as we have not seen any of the other places we stayed do that . The shower doesn't have a door n the curtain was flimsy - making water splash everywhere in the bathroom , no matter how careful.

    Nice quiet location

The restaurant could have been better staffed to manage guests in the evening. Had to wait a while before being served our supper.

Lovely property. Warm staff. Great location to get away from busy cities. Well spread breakfast. Quality of food also nice.

I think there was a kind of animals on the rood just on the ceiling of my room. Probably bird's nest. Because something was disturbingly moving when a opened balcony door (because of wind may be ?) Bad internet connections in some parts of hotel.

    Clean

playground requires maintenance, health hazard at the moment (holes in the carousel's floor!!), it would be helpful to have at the reception town plan to show how to walk to the center, as the hotel is located at the town's border

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good restaurant, very quiet, playground for children, nice view at the castle, if you are placed in right room ;)

    Nothing

The room was huge with 2 floors. Staff is extremely helpful. The hotel is very modern & clean. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located next to major attractions such as Cochem, Eltz, Beilstein towns with medieval castles. There is a kids playground & a nice garden. Free wi fi & parking.
