I never suggest someone to have a breakfast in the hotel as it is so expensive 25euro for per person . it’s not worth at all. Am thankful that i didn’t booked my stay with breakfast. I know it and am bit sad , because I also worked as a manager in 4star property and i know : how hotel should work in good way!! They have a facility of wake up call : don’t rely on it cause they can forget it easily. Am surprised what if someone have a meeting or to travel somewhere ? They apologise for it but at the end: it doesn’t matter at all . Having a 4 star hotel and forgetting such small details is not acceptable!! So called bathtub : My wife love to bath in such tub but there was no such essential soap : that you can use and that could make you feel good. There was just a normal shampoo…

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us out in so many ways as we were travelling with a small baby . Like a good baby cot and have an opportunity to warm up the milk . So called family friendly hotel. There is one lady from bar : frankly I don’t know her name but she made my wife birthday special. I really wanna appreciate her. Rooms are so quite and Bed are also comfortable.

Didn’t like coffee there. Could have had extra facilities such as gym. Location is bit away from city but manageable.

Breakfast was good and varied. Rooms were spacious, well heated, windows that opened. Bar below the hotel which was open late, if you want to hangout with friends. U bahn is nearby. Lidl supermarket is nearby. They arranged for a babycot. Communication was good. Underground parking (with fees) is there. (We did not reserve and had to park nearby street which was free)

More of bro needed about parking as was all booked out by the time we got there, not an issue as we booked a weekend night.

There is parking for electric car but very tiny space. I almost damaged my cars multiple times and had hard time getting out of the parking because my car is a bit big

The room and continental breakfast were awesome! The hotel is located about 20 minutes away by car from downtown Cologne. I suggest you take an Uber or taxi if you don't have a car. Otherwise, this hotel is a WORTH stay!

The cleanliness of the room was too bad. We found sand on the floor and it could have been a lot better.

With this price/quality all was good!

Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. Parking was organized in advance with charging possibility. Our daughter was welcomed with small gift and breakfast was tasty and everyone found what they liked.

We don't remember why we booked the business room but somehow we did it. The room is a good size and did what we need but I kept feeling like I was there not for holidays. The bed was comfortable but the pillow wasn't (for me). I was glad that the room was air conditioning so we could sleep comfortably. There is a breakfast service but we didn't use it as it was a bit expensive for us. There is Lidl nearby so we got some bread and juice there. There is some walking distance from the underground station, about 10 min. The train goes straight near the cathedral area and shops so I say the hotel was a good location. There is a beer brewery on the way to the station and we loved the restaurant. They served nice beer and food.

The hotel car park was unfortunately full when we arrived so we had to find parking on the street, which was not too easy.

The female receptionist at check in was absolutely wonderful, and particularly helpful in solving our various transport questions. Unbenownst to us, we had picked the busiest weekend of the summer (CSD Parade) to stay and the inner city was closed down. The male receptionist was also fantastic, helping our friends with a suitcase issue later in the evening. The restaurant staff were just as friendly and efficient. GREAT staff!!!! Our Standard Room was spacious, with a big window to the floor, providing us with lots of natural light. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom ticked all the boxes as well.

This is a good hotel with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and it slocation is also very good as it has market nearby. Morning breakfast was also pretty good.
