There may have been larger rooms available when we booked, but we reserved a three bed room for our family of four (two kids ages 3 and 5). Upon arrival, the third bed was actually a baby bed (pack n play). We made the two beds work for the four of us, but it wasn’t terribly comfortable. If you’re traveling with kids, recommend confirming what your room will have when booking. In general, not as spacious as the other two hotels where we stayed during our German holiday but still a very nice place.

Great amenities. Convenient parking. Before arrival, I had no idea about the Schleissheim palace, but it’s an incredible site to visit within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was some of the best food we had during our entire week-long vacation to Bavaria.

This was most excellent from helpful check in to departure. A taxi was summoned for us by receptionist. The room was sparkly clean and fresh with monogrammed pillow shams and pressed sheets. Breakfast was incredible with attentive staff to meet our needs. Bravo!

We had a lovely stay at Chalét zum Kurfürst, a cozy and quiet hotel next to the beautiful Schleissheim Palace. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was relaxing.

We were accomodated n the old building next to the narrow river. You can smell the mould already at the front door. Wall in the room was partly wet. Beds weren't comfortable and one of them made so horrible noise that we had to put the mattress on the floor.

The room was a little cold and the heaters didn’t work yet (it’s end of september, but at nights the outside temperatures drop to 6/7 degrees already.) So an extra blanket would have been nice to have.

It’s all nice and clean and the stuff is very friendly, I also enjoyed the pool and sauna. Great breakfast Buffett with lots of options to choose from.

The only slight complaint is that the beds were very firm. This is a personal preference, but our family prefers a slightly softer mattress.

It was clean, great location for public transport. It was so nice to be away from the city at night but back in during the day. The staff was always willing to help, and the breakfast was perfect for vegetarians, carnivores and everyone in between. My family of three loved our stay here!

The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport, in a quiet neighborhood, next to Schloss Schleißheim and near an area of forest and green fields. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel has a small pool, and the possibility to rent bicycles for a trip, which we gladly took advantage of. The staff were pleasant and eager to help.

Very nice place to stay, easy to find, free large parking area and lovely staff. Our room was perfect, we love the little hallway with table and booth seats, park view, very comfortable and quiet. Bavarian style, restorant is fantastic, very good breakfast and all that for reasonable price. Definitely will visit again !

The hotel and restaurant located nearby are located very close to the Schliesheim castle, a nice baroque castle that can be visited. The rooms had all modern facilities representing a successful transformation of a 19-th century house. Our room had a nice balcony that offered us a fine view of the street. The beds were comfortable and the restaurant of the hotel offers good food. The breakfast included in the room rate was varied and offered different types of food, from sweets to bacon and eggs.

The hotel and room were about what we expected and it was generally ok. My only negative was that the front desk staff was not that friendly. They were courteous and professional but not really friendly and welcoming. (PS- The first lady who helped us with our safe issue was nice and tried very hard to fix it and let us put our valuables in their safe. The rest of the staff, male and female, were pretty mediocre).

Decent location outside of Munich but good public transportation to Dachau and Munich. Price was good, mostly because we were pretty far outside of Munich. Rooms were small and spartan but that was inline with the good price. I think there was an extra charge for breakfast, which we did not take advantage of. I think charge for parking. No A/C in the room. Safe did not work, staff looked at it but could not figure out what was wrong at first. They let me store my passport and extra money in reception area safe. Another staff figured out the safe needed batteries but by then we were leaving the next morning but that was ok. They had a small indoor pool, it was nice but too cold to stay in for very long. Also had a sauna but it was not open until later in the day when we were out sight seeing.
