Affordable and well maintained

2 out of 3 lifts were out of order for most of the time I stayed at the hotel. That made getting to the reception / room very slow.

Location - close to Messe Frankfurt.

More information during the checkin. For example we were not informed about the breakfast, or the free tea and coffee at the lobby. Some appliance needs to be checked.

We got a one bedroom apartment it was spacious, has everything we needed. Big fridge, dishwasher, all kitchen supplies, washing and dryer machines. Comfortable beds.

Location close to public transport, very close to SkyLine Plaza shopping center. Quiet area. Spacious room, comfortable bed. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need. A big plus is the coffee offered during the day in the relaxation area. The staff is very empathic and sociable, very helpful when you need it.

The place is well situated in quiet surroundings, but still very close to the heart of Frankfurt. You get a clean, well maintenanced room/appartment with very supportive reception and staff. You can get free hot drinks in the lobby if needed. The wi-fi is a downside, but I feel like this every time when I'm in Germany. There's an own underground parking space for which you have to pay in addition.

Our room did not get cleaned for the whole three days we stayed there. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

This property is right opposite the skyline plaza building which is a shopping mall. There are a lot of eating places, good restaurants, shops and public transportation is within walking distance. The rooms were clean, warm enough and comfortable.

The gym was too small that didn’t attract me to use. And before us, most likely someone cooked fish that was not cleaned enough that we still could smell.

ONE person in the reception in the evening when the Ambiente fair is goin on, is absolutly terrible! Lots of impatient people waiting for a long time! Extremely crowded breakfast with too little staff to clean and maintain. They ran out of bread, coffee mugs, ham...not good during a big fair.

There was a timer in heating and hot water. You cannot shower after midnight the room was cold and had cold water. Absolutely unacceptable for 4 star hotel!!!! No coffee maker in room had to go downstairs every morning to get coffee. Why this inconvenience when its supposed to be equipped with all for apartment hotel?

The staff were very friendly able to sort us an earlier check in after a very early start travelling to Germany. The location of the hotel is fantastic, it's near tram and train stops and opposite a decent shopping centre. We appreciated the map in the lobby by the lifts that had the circles and walking times to different places in Frankfurt. It helped when planning our route to places. The room was lovely and spacious. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for a lovely stay. Will definitely stay again

Great location, convenient nect to a mall, bus station and it’s quiet (there is a construction right in front but it was not operating while I stayed which was a weekend), spacious room and bathroom, comfy beds
