Hotel is really nice, feels like recently built (furniture and everything felt quite new). Staff is very nice, available 24/7, helps you with everything (for example we asked for extra blanket and lovely receptionist gave it us no problem). In the reception area there are also coffee machine free to use (we actually didn't use it but nice perk) Room is quite big. It has a kitchen with all appliances needed (including toaster and dishwasher). It was really nice to be able to cook a little ourselves. The location is great especially if you travel from Munich bus station (around 15 minutes on foot)

The only downside of this hotel is the location is a little further out of town than I imagined when booking. It took us about 45 minutes to walk but you can catch the train/bus in quicker!

The room was great, all the facilities we needed including kitchen bits and Chromecast to the TV. The staff were super friendly and kind, they left us a couple of treats in our room upon arrival as we were celebrating and they offered us a late check out free of charge when we were feeling poorly on the last day. It's a modern hotel with good fixtures/fittings. Free tea and coffee in the reception was a nice bonus

It was quite a good stay, the central train station is walkable too if you like to walk for 15-17minutes! Else the bus stop is just opposite the hotel, really liked the place.

1. Toilet paper in the room was really 2. Poor quality and there was not enough. 3. Shower leaked outside onto the floor badly requiring multiple towels to soak up the water. 4. Hot water in kitchen did not work. .

The place was lovely. Staff were excellent - especially the attendant at the front desk - Bulgarian young lady. Lounge area was super comfortable and the complimentary hot chocolate drinks were lovely.

The location was great - there was a bus stop just outside and the city center was like 30 min by foot. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we wanted.

They charge extra for cleaning in the middle of the stay, so for longer stays it can be an extra cost. However, there are towels and dust bins to compensate.

The rooms are very spacious and are very nicely laid out. Location is quite close to the centre (by bus or metro).

Nothing - it meets my expectations

The location is great. Less than 10 mins walk from Hackerbrücke S-Banh train station. Great and safe area as surrounded by corporate headquarters such as Google , PWC, etc. It is only 1 stop by train to Munich central and 3 stops after Marienplatz. Hotel size is good with comfy bed. The interior is modern and fresh. Floor is heated during the cold season. The free coffee or hot chocolate from the reception area is a great bonus. There is a beer garden close by called Augustiner Keller - must try but make a booking as always crowded. Lidl grocery store and bakery are also nearby the station. There Will definitely be back when in Munich.

Sound of water all the night. In the morning there is hot water in the shower for only 30 seconds, then cold water starts flowing.

would liked to have more rubbish collections, as we were there for 5 days and needed to put out the rubbish that had built up ourselves

room was exactly what we needed for our stay, for myself and my 2 sons location was excellent with a tram stop right outside the front door, and S bahn station a 5 minute walk away facilities were good with laundry room available onsite
