Booked a room with balcony but did not have one. Check in took very long and had to fill in all personal details eventhough I had provided everything online and had to rush to an appointment. Staff just entered my room without knocking even though they would've heard me speaking on the phone. Wanted to speak to reception but the person was always busy.

the hotel isn’t clean. the staff give bad service i stay there one week and they didn’t clean my rooms . guests don’t have any privacy. the facilities are poor and in a bad condition. the room was very small and dirty the hotel isn’t recommended!!

What an awful receptionist, the man that is in charge of the reception. He was very rude and he didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. I was super tired and I needed to check in early and he didn’t let me do that. I understand that the room might be still dirty, but there are ways to treat people and being a receptionist is not your job! When I asked him if I can wait in the reception or chill in a sofa, he said that I can’t, so I left the hotel, I was tired and it would be nice to be able to relax a little while my room was made. Once I checked in the room was ok, not very clean. The hall is very noisy. The bathroom does not have a way to filter the water when you shower, so the bathroom flooded and also the room was full of water. Horrible experience!

The only thing I liked about it, it’s the location! That’s it…

Shower door was broken, no toiletries supplied. The carpet on the main stairs was all stained and dirty. Customer service was not the forte of the receptionist.

the hotel is very very old and there is no facilities at all no TV in the room and the sound of the other rooms and everything was not comfortable. the amount paid for this hotel is very high compare to the quality of the place. i guess this should not be more the 1 or 2 stars maximum.

The reception was very unfriendly, sturborn and rigid. I had to pay 20 euro more for the same room to have a friend join me.despite the advert saying room can take a maximum of two adults.

It was a bit old and the heavy doors were slamming a lot. Breakfast was included, but it wasn´t great.

The room was big even with a double bed and a single bed. The location was good, right next to the metro.

The owner is helpful but could be a bit more polite. The building itself is old and the cupboard shook evetytime we walked to the bathroom. It would do good with some repairs. Lift is a bit small so if you are carrying lot of luggage, may require multiple trips. Not all charging ports in the room work so we had to choose between charging our phone or having the bedside light.

It is good value for money. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom has all necessary amenities. The location/neighborhood is really good with shops, childrens' park and restaurants all around at walking distance.

Rooms aren't cleaned daily! Towels aren't changed daily!!!! Beddings are not changed and are torn!!!! Toilet tissue us inadequate and not replenished unless we request!!! No kettle in the room!!! No telly!? In this day and age?! Do you want me to continue?

They used COVID as an excuse not to serve breakfast nor to clean the room. Surprisingly enough, we saw the room cleaner cleaning a room after being vacated without even wearing a mask. We found this policy appalling. Even ordering fresh bedsheets and towels became an ordeal given the unavailability of competent staff. I bumped into one employee opening the linen closet and requested bedsheets and towels, he stated he could give me only towels and no bedsheets because of "protokols" and that I had to request them from his boss. Great location, otherwise a pass.

The hotel is located in a historic building close to the Kaiser Wilhelm Church and the nearby attractions, and is a good value for the price. Staff is friendly and willing to listen to your needs. The staircase, the elevator, the building with its high ceilings are all quite scenic. Fast food joints and restaurants are located nearby.
