The windows where a bit foggy from the inside, even though we opened the window (lüften mode). It wasn't clear from the website where the entrance of the underground parking was. We had to ask the receptionist in the end.

Location was great; very easy to get to the old city center.

Parking entrance is a bit tricky, need expertise to drive through. A cupboard instead of shelves would have been nicer for arranging clothes.

Excellent location. We were able to explore the city-center by walking. Very cooperative reception staff. The cleaning staff is also very efficient and they did job pretty well.

Expensive breakfast for the diversity and amount provided. Bad Wi-fi network at the rooms, although there is signal available, when seated at the desk this signal is very weak, I only was able to maintain a good connection when near the door.

The lower bedsheet kept rucking up - the bed is against the wall so probably difficult to make effectively. At the moment (Oct 2023) access to the hotel is limited by extensive road works that block pavements without alternatives being provided.

A short walk from Stadtmitte station (where only local trains stop); a bit further to Koblenz Hbf. Very easy access to the main touristy bits of town. Good selection at breakfast (as one would hope, for E13)

You can hear the noise From outside. And the ac doesn’t work really and the heating device is on when we came so it’s a bit warm in the room.

It’s good for one night near in the city center. You can just walk and all restaurant and shops is near. Breakfast is ok. Location is great

The parking facilities were excellent and very secure for us as we were on motorbikes. The hotel was very close to all the bars and restaurants. The choice for breakfast was very good,no matter what you you prefer to eat,it was there.

this property also had limitations on the air conditioning. It was just slightly comfortable.

Koblenz always seems to have some thing going on! We arrived on the weekend and were greeted by lots of families and activities along the river. It was really beautiful weather and lots of fun. There was some thing for everyone. This is my second visit to Koblenz and I loved the atmosphere.

The room itself was nice and clean with good choice of tv and air conditioning. The rooms are giving a vibe of a hospital which reduces some of the comfort.

The hotel has a central location easy to reach everything in Koblenz. The check in was very smooth, the staff are so nice.

It was my second time in that hotel and I had a very nice stay again. The rooms are good, the location is great, the breakfast is fine, and the staff is super-friendly and supportive. Furthermore, the air-condition in the room is as good as gold in a hot summer (was even more so last year, but also this year).

Nothing to dislike, if you can overlook the slightly smaller than usual room, which was not an issue for us, but might be for others. This was also reflected in the size of the shower/toilet room. Cosy but functional.

As a 'City Hotel' the room was always going to be a little on the 'tight' side, and it was. This in no way detracted from the well laid out, air conditioned room, with a good view of the Old Town (Room 420). A buffet breakfast provided us with a good start to the day and the private underground car-park (though an extra cost) was a necessary addition for us. Worth it for peace of mind. Good, friendly staff were never too far away, to answer any queries...

While I stayed in my room, the staff opened the door without knock or ask (with a key) to fix something in the room and I really felt uncomfortable
