The shower could have been better cleaned - it looked rusty and had mold in places. It probably needs replacing to be honest.

Bed was comfortable, towels provided, room was larger than we expected considering we had booked an economy room. Shower pressure was good with hot water. The best thing was the breakfast - very extensive, huge amount of choice! Only 20 minutes walk from the main station, super easy to take the tram to the airport, close to the city centre. Friendly staff

Location is great. Breakfast is very good with many different pastries and cheese options. Room is a bit small but for a one night stay, spacious enough. Price - performance ratio is high, you cannot find such a hotel with good services for such a low price!

Great location, less than 5 min walk to metro stations, and only 10 min walk to Königstrasse. Breakfast was fare enough with everything you need. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Rooms were clear, heating was enough to warm up the room. Totally value for money.

The room was quite small and is very old-fashioned. It was located very close to the breakfast room so once breakfast was available you could hear a lot of noise.

Very close to the city centre, roughly 10 minutes, maybe less. On a rainy day you could even take the U-Bahn to the city centre or the train station (it's a 5min ride if not less). Breakfast was rich and full of different options, from salty to sweet. The staff is very friendly.

My room was very small ,also the shower was very small ( for normal people).

The position of the hotel is good. The place were served the breakfast look nice but the breakfast in fact was poor.

The walls are very thin, so all sounds from other rooms on the floor and from the hotel can be heard clearly.

Hotel’s location is very close to city center, shopping street, bars, restaurants and so on. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The instructions for access were excellent. Staff were very helpful. Parking was easy. Breakfast was better than I expected. The bed was fine. We slept very well. We also walked straight into town. The following day, we were a few minutes from a pharmacy and a bank, both of which we needed.

The hotel felt a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable.

Location was great, very close to supermarket and easy walk into the main town square. Was also very quick and easy to get to from the airport.

The water was too hard and unable to boil or drink. The bathroom equipments were old but usable.

The location is good near U-Bahn, the staff was very friendly.

The air conditioner control wasn’t included in the room and by the time I noticed the staff had left the front desk. Front desk forgot to mention breakfast when I checked in and I missed it. The wifi stopped working and again, staff wasn’t around to help address the problem and replied the next day to my question via booking “it works for me” :/

Very noisy with the loading and unloading bay of a supermarket just underneath the window, Very early in the morning trucks with lots of noise. No airco, just a simple ventilator, very hot room. Very small room and bathroom.

The location, near the center and metro. Good breakfast too.

Breakfast has no omelettes as they had run out of eggs figs by 8am. Initially double charged for the booking. I queried it with the hotel and was told it sometimes happens with Booking.com but don’t worry as one will be refunded in a few days. It was, but was a worrying couple of days and left me £160 out of pocket initially.

Been here several times before, excellent location, friendly staff, nice and clean, good rooms and usually an excellent breakfast.

The hotel is very well located to the city attractions. The room is small but has all you need. The breakfast time is good and the options are plentiful.
