The room was filled with the smells of the restaurant below - maybe fish curry? Quite overpowering. The beds were very small.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was handy to the central railway station.

There is no staff after 10pm till morning, and guests are noisy, noone can take care of it. I was in weekend and at 1030 pm a noisy group was walking througt the hotel, and at 4am as well, when they back from parties. Door is very thin and you can hear everything.

Good breakfast, everything what you need was available. Very nice staff, excelent localization. Clean and nice.

They didn't allow to take breakfast into the room which was a little strange. Especially when you travel with small kids, you don't want to disturb other people with their noise. Except this, all other things were good.

Wifi is very very very slow, almost impossible to use. We cannot watch TV (which is connected through network same as wifi). There is no car parking near the hotel. You must walk at least 5-10 minutes to parking in town.

Cost performance. Low proce can compensate low quality.

To get to our room it was a bit of a maze, going up and down a lot of steps which is not the most convenient with suitcases. Facilities are very basic and a bit old.

Room was not huge but big enough and good for sharing with friends as there were 3 separate twin beds. Breakfast (included in price) was good. Value for money was great.

The hotel would benefit from using a key drop box when people need to check out and reception is closed out of hours. We had to leave keys on stairs, which was worrying. Overall very pleasant stay, thank you

Old hotel and ugly rooms. It's ok for one night but it you look for a nice place to stay this isn't the place. My room had 4 beds (just for 2 of us) Bad wi-fi conection.

The breakfast is nice. You have everything that you need to explore de city. I parked in the street but it's only free at 07h ou 09h but you can park close to the hotel just for 6 euros.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is not far from the main train station, within walking distance to the Old town and numerous shops and malls. The room was even better than I expected and better than in the pictures, which is rare. Very good cleaning every day (but cotton discs and cotton sticks could be provided every day), very good wi fi in the reception area, good breakfast, however I was missing croissants.

The aircondition brought the smell of fried foods into the room - also during night. That was bothering me a lot, also the clothes smelled fried. Also, there was no even stream of hot water in the shower. The temperature changed from hot to cold within seconds, and I am not somebody who takes long showers. There was also a group of about 12 guys that stayed in this hotel. They were very drunk and loud in the hallway for about an hour. The TV was hearable through the walls. The bed seemed narrower than the usual 90 cm.

The room was large, had a window and was clean. The hotel lays between several tasty Japanese restaurants.

The rooms were small for a group of five and the rooms didn't have proper ventilation. The rooms were warm, hence we had to keep the windows open to get some sort of breeze. The bathroom was decent and met our needs.

The breakfast was pretty good compared to most places we stayed ( I'm talking about the ones where breakfast is included in your stay ). Lot of options. Enjoyed the food

    - The staff was not pleasant at all...as I asked some information regarding the payment, invoice and wifi, the receptionist was pretty impolite, telling she didn't know where I was coming from (because I was asking her some questions, it seemed she was not used to it and got easily overwhelmed). - Poor WIFI and sometimes non-existent...if you need to work forget staying in your room or in this hotel. - Every morning, I had to open the bathroom window in order to let out a bee (still wondering how she/they came back everyday). - Had trouble while having a shower with the shower hose, they had to fix it 2 times! - Poor breakfast - Tiny bed - Smelly wardrobe - Dirty carpet and strangely a kind of mini empty hall (without nothing just carpet) which goes to a window. - Felt trapped in my room...felt like sleeping in a closet. - No pot/pan/cutlery etc

Shower was slightly temperamental as when cold water was mixed to the (very) hot the shower head used to shake loose from the bracket causing water to shoot over the floor. This was no problem for me as a mature person but my teenage lads ended up saturating everything including all the spare towels!

Location was perfect to explore Aldt Stadt (old town) and about 5 mins walk to/from Dusseldorf Hbf Station. Breakfast, a rarity these days, was included in the price which was already very competitive. Room was spacious and comfortable with clean bed and bath linen daily. friendly helpful staff. Reception works limited time. I was late for 20 mins - the door was closed. After arrival tried calling them but they did not talk in English, the line was bad, so I had 15 mins of terrible emotions having the room pre paid and staying with children at the street in front of closed door. Fortunately after my call somebody came and has given the key from envelope left for my name. So to resume good value for money for Dusseldorf but do not expect too much in terms of service.

Very little in the way of service, bare minimum engagement from staff. The water pressure in my shower was appalling - I could have a cold shower with pressure or a trickle of hot water. The room was so hot I had to have the windows open, which meant the noise from the street prevented sleep. There needs to be air in the rooms!

Location was good - close to central station and easy access to the shopping district and old town. Beds were comfortable and price was affordable.

I like the whole time at this hotel.

Even thought I was a solo traveler - the room was huge! Actually, the room was for 4 ppl and with kitchen.
