We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWe paid for a larger room since there were 3 adults but when we go there, they didn’t have our room and gave us a smaller room. They compensated by giving us lounge access but not cost of room difference. I was too tired and exhausted to argue so just gave in. Also learned that, as I booked through Booking, Marriott doesn’t acknowledge my Bonvoy Gold Elite status, so I didn’t get perks that way.
Convenient, close to everything, good AC for European standards.

I was there during heat wave staying at the hotel is helping a lot with cool air con make me sleep well . They provide the free water for guests those who would like to go out .

The bed is very comfortable. The location is less than 10 min walking to the station, the cathedral, and the river. The room itself is big with a kingbed and mini fridge. The front desk is friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. So far, it was the best room we stayed in Europe.

United StatesThe room was a little warm but there was also a heatwave and it did cool off at night eventually.
The hotel was beautiful. It was incredibly large especially by European standards. A nice respite after being crammed in small spaces during our long trip. It was so clean and cheery. Special thank you to Norvandy who checked us in and kept us updated on our room which was a wonderful upgrade. All staff were so kind and professional.

Fortunately a staff member quickly appeared and explained that to choose a floor you had to use your room key. There should be instructions in the lift as to what to do.

GreeceThe free space in the room could turn useful with some simple improvements. For example there could be a place to lay the suitcase or a mirror next to the main door or more places to hang towels in the bathroom. One thing that I did not like was the fact that a pillow that had fallen on the floor was put back on my bed after the cleaning... Fortunately there were others to chose from because that one was obviously dirty afterwards. Moreover nowhere was mentioned that we would have to deposit 100 Euros for security reasons at the check in. Not a big problem but I would like to know about it.
The hotel is located near the city center, in a 5-10 min walk on foot. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a very clean bathroom.

United KingdomThe queue to check in was excessively larger with only 1 staff member checking in. She was excellent at dealing with all the customers, but they other staff just wandering around ignoring the queue was not ideal.
Clean and well sized rooms, facilities were good and its only a 5 min walk from the Central train station.
