Nice hotel on a good location with a free public parking, I liked the friendly staff. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable. My room was on 7th floor and I had a great view. I didn't need the breakfast, so I can not comment.

Just two things: 1). Very thin walls (plasterboard) - you can hear everything the neighbors are doing. (Take earplugs with you.) 2). There is no refrigerator in the room.

1). Very convenient location of the hotel. 2). Friendly German-English speaking staff. 3). Clean bedroom and bathroom. We liked almost everything. )))

Rooms are not entirely soundproofed. Please be aware there's strong odor in the hallway/corridor on the 4th floor. In sunny days we do have to close black-out curtains to prevent room getting too hot from direct sunlight but it's always nice to have sunshine:) and there's fan in the wardrobe. requested a queen bed in the reservation and got a room with two twin beds pushed in together

Clean room/bathroom with good facilities (safe, fan in the wardrobe, hangers, footstool and rotatable chair) Comfortable shower and amazing water pressure. I especially appreciated the nice view, sunshine, and tranquility. Thank you for the room with view of the open sky and Funkturm. I liked the neighborhood and the surrounding area A LOT. Well-connected with public transportation and all sorts of amenities close by within walking distances. I'd also like to thank housekeeping for respecting my privacy and didn't disturb nor knock on the door throughout the stay. They are very friendly as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would like to recommend it to visitors of all type-it's a place for all- families, tourists or business:)

A second actual chair instead of the stool would have been nice. Other than that, I don't really have any complaints. The room, as mentioned, is quite on the smallish side, but well, that isn't a tragedy - it's OK.

Nothing fancy, but what's there is good. The bed, though softer than I usually like, still allowed for an unusually good night's sleep (although that might also have been helped by the fact that we've had a very busy day before turning in for the night). The room is quite small, but it does manage to fit a wall-wide desk with a chair and a stool too, opposite to the bed. There was no minibar (fridge), but the bathroom was very clean, neat and tidy. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good too. And there is also an underground, secure garage where we could leave our car.

Staff at reception were not flexible with the check in , I reaches 11 and they insisted to check in only after 3. It was so exhausting after a full night flight

No conditioner. In summer it was hot in the room when I checked in. So I opened the window during the day and by night it became comfortable. But in general I was quite surprised about the lack of conditioner. The hotel is renovated but old with the specific smell. Opened windows help :)

The lifts and room had a lingering cigarette smell with poor ventilation in the room. Windows (which were pretty dirty) had to be opened throughout the night to allow for better airflow. There was also no heating or airconditioning in the room. The bedside tables were also dusty and seemed like they have not been cleaned. Lighting in the room can also be improved, especially the bedside lamps which were quite old and dirty.

The hotel was in a quieter neighbourhood, and in between 2 train stations. The toilet was the cleanest out of the whole room. The staff at the reception were welcoming and friendly.

At first I made a reservation for 1 night and then I added one more night. I asked for 2 reservations to be combined and told them we wanted to stay 2 nights in the same room via e-mail. I got an ok reply. When we arrived at the hotel, the reseptionist said that my reservation is only for one night. I repeated the same explanation. The person in charge took the necessary registration on the pc screen. Since we could not check in because it was too early, we only paid and left our bags. When we returned hotel at midnight and went to the reception, I was treated exactly the same and I had to repeat the same explanation. The next morning the housekeeper told us that our reservation was for one night and we had to check out. I gave her the same explanation again and went to the reception and gave the same explanation for the fourth time!!! We fed up!!!

We needed a hotel in a good location for Lollapalooza and the hotel was a 1-2 minute walk from the metro station, which is 2 stations away from the venue. The metro runs 24 hours a day on weekends. So it was an ideal hotel for us. The room was not big but good enough by European standards. Breakfast was not included but we paid for it and it was good.
