The staff at the reception were very friendly. The room was nice and clean, the layout was well distributed to have enough space for everything.

Wifi is started when the key is inserted into the main slot at the door. Wifi worked for 10 seconds when first turned on then stopped. Had to connect to other rooms wifi, and then be at the mercy of them not shutting it off when they left the room. Bed became uncomfortable after 2 night's sleep.

The location is close to Central Freising. Quite hotel. A variety of restaurants nearby. Bus stop right outside the hotel.

Very nice attention of the complete staff. The weekend we stayed there there was a lot of snow, the train service stopped, airport was closed, some of the cleaning personal did not arrive on time, and a lot of people had no chance to travel. Even in this critical situation the staff kept calm and was very nice and helpful. Thank you for the patience

The frosted glass bathroom within the room was a little uncomfortable when one of us needed the bathroom

They were able to accommodate us as an emergency booking following multiple flight cancellations. The following morning, staff allowed us to remain in the lobby until we could sort alternative arrangements as they were fully booked, and arranged a taxi for us to our follow up hotel.

Carpets in rooms are dirty/worn out also mattress is very hard. No Air Condition in room and fridge was not working either. Hotel rooms needs to get updated.

The worst thing was extremely hot room! There is no air conditioning and there was a very hot weather (16-17 July) besides that our room was looking at the sunset side which means that the sun was striking to our window in the evening heating our room. There is no tea/coffee facilities. In my opinion, in 2023 all properties (hotels, BB, hostels, apartments etc) must have at least kettle. The pillows were too soft and too low, soo the feeling was like there is no pillow at all under the head.

The check in was a little robotic as if the receptionist was reading from a script and no information given on the town...things to see, where to eat etc.

I unfortunately had to stay here as a friend I was travelling with had a medical emergency and was sent from the airport to the hospital in Freisling. That said if you have an early flight from Munich and want to spend the night in a pretty town with lots of nice restaurants I would not hesitate to recommend here. Taxi time approx 20 minutes to the airport. Breakfast really excellent and the waitress was lovely.

We were four with one extra bed. The room was quite cramped. May be it was because of the mis-placement of their wardrobe. Some of the staff were very rude who clearly didn't want to work and just take shortcuts.

Location is exceptional. 24 hours help desk with English speaking colleagues was helpful. The staff except for few of them were pretty nice
