Matrasses were very hard and uncomfortable for us. We couldn’t sleep decent on them and we would advise to replace them with a bit softer ones. If this would have been decent we would rated higher.

Room was compact but tidy. Very surprised of the bathroom and how modern it was. Surely the best part of the room.

Hard to find something negative. There is no staff here, check in is done through a website and emails but was painless.

Room was very modern and clean and comfortable. Closets and furniture was better than expected. Bathroom and shower were amazing. I didn't use it, but small kitchen was pretty decent. It was pretty quiet despite in an industrial area and near the Autobahn. Price vs what was given is a great deal.

The hotel has automatic check in. I have received all the instructions in German, even though we made the booking via Booking.co.uk. The property received our data from Booking, including our nationality and our address. And still everything was in German. I lost half hour in translate it with Google.

Check in online was a challenge as it wouldn't recognise my address, I am not sure if it was because I live in a flat in England and it's not set up to understand UK addresses. It took 5-6 attempts. The location is in a tiny town with not much going on. Couldn't see there was any air con so the room got hot easily. Could do with a few more pans( only one )to use in the kitchenette.

Clean, easy entry through PIN, small kitchenette handy for doing a little meal. 25 min from Rothenberg so we easily beat the crowds.

No microwave, often that's more useful than a stove but no big deal. Limited plates/cutlery which made cooking somewhat fruitless.

Check-in automated, details complete. Easy enough to find though it is in an area where you kinda think you may have gone the wrong way anyway. Had to ask some help regarding the kitchen, the staff (via phone service) were helpful. 👍🏽

It was smelling like cigarettes plus the bathroom door would not close. It was definitely a problem, because we stayed at other WMM Hotels and the door closed properly…

Difficult online registration because everything is in gwrman. No English language. It will take you 5 minutes not a bad thing but can be made easier

We checked in for 4 days. The next day we get out from the room and i tried to come in again but the lock was not working. I saw the Housekeeping and she ooened me with her card btlut she couldn't help ne about the lock. I called the phone number of the Hotel and the lady said on thr phone for the new Pin code i have to wait for afternoon 15:00 o'clock and at he same time she changed our room because of the old room lock. So if you have any trouble when you in there you don't get any person for your help.

I've got a phishing link in the messages from the accommodation! After that nobody was reacting to my messages. DO NOT enter your credit card details anywhere outside the Booking app. One of the least comfortable bed I've experienced. Very hard matrace and extremely large pillows. The bathroom door could not be properly closed so it's like they are not there.

No problem with automatic code entry, very clean and perfect location near highway (although in the middle of nowhere, but for one night it's perfect). Fully equipped small kitchen and bathroom.

Entering the door code was a little challenging. We were unable to open the door at first but fortunately, another guest gave us some advice. You need to enter the numbers very quickly to succeed.

Conveniently located right next to the A6 autobahn, this self-service hotel is ideal for a single night stay while travelling across Germany. The equipment is modern and rather stylish (bathroom), bed is very comfortable. Due to the hot weather, we missed the A/C a bit though.

The code didn't work on the room we were originally allocated but the emergency number responded immediately and gave us an alternative which worked no problem.

Out of town newly built self check in hotel. Very clean and smart with a bigger room than expected and nice big window overlooking a field at the back. It's a bit out of ot but there's a decent supermarket 2 mins drive down the road and I would highly recommend the restaurant on the side street just behind the supermarket. Friendly staff, excellent beer and food.
