Well, the food was interesting. Served during the 4-course dinner and signaled by Bread Carpaccio (!) for the start. The other three courses were more or less OK, with the taste quality growing with every course and peaking up with an excellent dessert (a coconut milk pana-cotta and exotic fruits). The breakfast was great though, rich, fresh, and offering anything one can imagine.

The location and the breathtaking view from our room. The staff was kind and attentive. They were keen to help and spoke very good English. The spa and the relaxation zone. Also, the directions sent in advance on how to use the private funicular were very clear and helpful and - above all - worked out perfectly.

Small issue with the pre arrival cleaning of the room, otherwise the hotel was spotless so must have been an honest oversight.

I think some of the decor could’ve been a bit more rustic, there were very slight conference hotel elements here and there.

It’s breathtaking views and location as well as the beautiful spa and the dinners were always very delicious plus you can bring your dog which was great.

the hotel is beyond praise.Everything is done here for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.Inside there is a small heated pool with hydro massage and panoramic views, as well as several types of saunas.On the 3rd floor there is a large swimming pool.The quality of service is at a high level.The hotel is located in an insanely beautiful place.I would like to thank all the staff and the owner.Everything in the hotel is thought out to the smallest detail.We will definitely come back here more than once.The information on the hotel's website is constantly updated, and you can get acquainted with the history of the hotel.

Everything was perfect.

The breakfast buffet is fresh, plentiful and delicious. Everything from local cheeses and breads to eggs, meat, gravlax, freshly squeezed juice and other dishes can be ordered as well. Dinners were outstanding. Service was kind and attentive. Access to short lovely hikes.

The only thing that disappointed us was that during the evening meal we was asked if we would like water as well as the wine we had ordered, however we discovered at the end of the meal that 2 bottles of water cost over €12, we are not tight people but felt it was excessive, the next night we had 1 bottle😂. Same with the coffee, not too expensive, but as we had a coffee machine in our room we had coffee within the privacy of our balcony, which we both enjoyed much more. Given this we did however feel that it was still very good value for money.

The whole experience was enjoyable, we didn't use the spar as it isn't really our thing but didn't feel we missed out, we made full use of the infinity pool and the food was lovely. The location was fabulous, we had a room with a panoramic veiw of the mountains from the balcony which we enjoyed sitting on after our evening meal, enjoying the tranquility with just the sound of the cow & goat bells in the surrounding area. If you like walking and mountain biking you would be in heaven, as it was possible to hire bikes, we just went on a couple of short walk as we had intended it to be a relaxing few days during our month of traveling Germany, Austria and Italy on our motorbikes.

The fact that the dinner schedule was quite strict, and after dinner there was no activity available. Also the hotel closes at 10 and all the staff goes home.

Getting to the hotel and parking- it's quite a small lot with tight spaces depending on how people park. Also, depending on the day of the week, getting in and out of the park was quite cumbersome due to the crowds and having to weave through people or drive behind pedestrians. The balcony was perfect, but having smokers next to us who smoked non-stop was less than ideal as the odor would creep into our room. Would also love to have the rooftop pool open later to watch the sunset. Spa was nice, but the pool there was rather small. Wish there was a cold pool/tub/ice bucket shower for after the sauna. Also, when we went, maybe because it was towards the end of the day but the spa was less kempt - water/juice was empty, day beds had dirty towels, pillows and cushions needed to be touched up. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and the staff was 10/10.

Friendly and kind staff from check-in, to dinner, to breakfast. Breakfast and dinner service were spot on- we were impressed with the white glove service during dinner. Location was amazing- definitely recommend the balcony room that overlooks the mountains. What a joy to wake up each morning with a spectacular view. Breakfast and dinner were amazing- greatly satisfied with half board options. Roof top pool was great- nice view and perfect temperature. I appreciated the dog basket, which came with a bowl, blanket, poop bags and treats. Upon check out, they gifted us a wonderful tea towel, waters and a treat for our dog. We had a slight hiccup with housekeeping upon check-in, but the front desk was very quick to respond and everything was fine afterwards.

"Private" parking at the bottom of the mountain did not really work out. Had expected a closed parking with a barrier and maybe a code or so. If you have too much luggage, better to ask for pick up, but with the little gondola it works and is fun. It was not 100% clear to us what is and is-not included in the price, but this may have been us not re-reading the details. So, no big issues, overall outstanding and highly recommended.

Outstanding kitchen, bravo to the Chef and his kitchen and restaurant service team. Every dinner was full of surprises for the taste buds. Plenty but not too much - in short excellent. Location of the hotel was out-of-this-world, at true hideaway. Our room was perfect with the most wonderful view. It's worth to book the room with panorama view and balcony. Staff was great and helpful. Outstanding spa - not too big yet never too full - with excellent treatments. overall excellent value for money.

The only thing we could comment on as feedback was to have made us aware on arrival that the hotel offers free tickets to Partnach Gorge as part of the stay; we did not know this and bought tickets, then on the morning whilst leaving to visit the gorge, the desk attendant had offered us tickets from the hotel. It was not much money so did not really bother us, but it would have been nice to have been made aware on arrival as it wasn't easy paying for the tickets online.

We had chosen to stay at Das Graseck as part of our honeymoon and it was perfect! The access via the cable car was great fun; the location was breathtakingly beautiful; there was a variety of spa facilities available all of which were very clean and well maintained; you can walk to Partnach Gorge from the hotel; the 4 course meal each night was absolutely wonderful! We couldn't fault the food in anyway. What made this stay even more wonderful was the staff; the staff and team at Das Graseck were lovely, especially since we spoke very little German so they were kind enough to speak in English where possible. Additionally we want to say thank you for upgrading our room as a honeymoon treat. The room we had was absolutely stunning, and we were very grateful. Lastly, I want to make a special mention to 'Robin' who was one of the restaurant staff and who served us for our first two nights; he was very polite and patient, very caring as to when we wanted our next meal and whether there was anything on the menu we didn't want. Robin really stood out to us on our stay in his excellent customer service, so thank you.
