The decoration of the room should be more beautiful.

The hotel is close to the airport. Shower is very good. Very good breakfast. Internet works very well. They have a bar underground where you can take water, juice and other beverages, just writing in a list what you got.

The hotel is nice. The girls on reseption are comunicative, kind, always ready to help. Special thanks to Lusine and Raphaella. The hotel is in very facy old building in nice park. But there is no refrigerator in the room. And the housekeeping staff is very meticulous - they have "cleaned" some stuff they should not. The breakfast was nice. Even vegans will not be hungry.

Beautiful historic property perfectly renovated. The traditional cathedral windows add a romantic touch as they open onto a beautiful property view.

The breakfast is a little poor and with no variety. No possibility if you want to drink smth in the evening

Staff is gentle, rooms are komfortable, Wi-Fi functions really good. In 30 minutes you are in Düsseldorf with the tram.

The facilitaties and locations were not so very well preserved, there was graphity on the wall of the building and all looked dark.

The location is in a small park which is very nice, also the town itself is beautifull and to stroll along the river is very nice.

Location. Although it was my own fault in not confirming the location, this hotel is a fifteen to twenty minute taxi ride to the centre of Dusseldorf. My mistake meant 55 euro of taxi rides going to the hotel and back to the city centre. I was also very disappointed with the breakfast. Some other reviews made me think the breakfast was something special. It is not!! For its location I feel this hotel is over priced. I will not be coming back.

It was extremely quiet and peaceful.

I was obliged to stay here for a few days as my wife had been taken ill on our way home and she was being treated at a nearby hospital. The staff were kind, understanding and helpful, the hotel building itself was an experience (apparently a converted nunnery), room clean, warm and comfortable if a little Spartan, but breakfast good and free wifi extremely useful. The only oddity was the basement self-service bar which I was unable to find after searching a warren of passages.

Such a pleasure to stay at a property with a "story" as opposed to just another hotel! The history here is interesting, the rooms large and adequately furnished. The slight "Spartan" look just seemed to fit with the property. The rooms are plenty comfortable with all necessities. The staff here very friendly and helpful. When asking about checking out very early morning (there is not 24/7 front desk staff) we were offered a "picnic" breakfast which we greatly appreciated! The building itself and grounds are quite pretty. The adorable downtown of Kaiserswerth as well as a train stop into downtown Duesseldorf is just a quick stroll away.

The double bed is two single metal beds put together which means you have a frame still in the middle so it's just actually two single beds there was no bar vending machine to get drinks from and reception closed at 9:30 the hotel shutdown at that time

    The building is very nice
